Bergan Comfort Airline-Approved Dog & Cat Carrier Bag

Our pup loves her new carrier! It’s light weight, comfy and roomy for our 3 pound schnoodle with plenty of room to grow. (Her adult weight is predicted to be not more than 12 pounds). She loves it and took a nap while traveling in it in the in the car.

I should have listen to what the other reviews said about this carrier bag. It is very very small. I purchased it to pick up my kitten and fly home. I would not subject my 11 week old munchkin to be contained in this tiny carrier and be placed under an airplane seat nor even for a 5 minute car ride. It is that tiny, If you are thinking of purchasing this opt for the larger size. Aside from the size it is a very nice bag.

I bought this product for my 7.5lbs Chihuahua Mix. The product comes in excellent condition and well suited for small dogs - unfortunately my dog doesn't fit as I underestimated her length. I contacted customer service who refunded me the cost and asked me to donate the bag to a shelter or another owner who will make use of the bag instead of returning it. Fantastic customer service and brilliant policy to help out the struggling shelters out there!

This is a well designed hiuse as we called it. I bought it for a 12 week old kitten who is small since she is the runt and she barely had any room in it. I got it since we took her camping. Since it was too small for her she was stuck in the tent the entire time. I was not very happy. Since I couldn't take her when we went exploring or out walking.

I was concerned that I would find myself at the airline ticket counter with a carrier that was "not approved" so I shopped carefully. This carrier met SW criteria, was sturdy, easy to tote, and had soft padding inside.

Almost indestructible! My cats are calmer in this carrier. It kind of hugs them; making them feel secure.

It is a beautiful carrier. I ordered another one but it has a zipper to open in the top which I need. How do I return the one that doesn’t work for me

I loved this bag when I first bought it. I got it the day I adopted my dog to carry him in the car around town (I don’t have a car, so we take Lyft.) My dog even liked it right away, and when we visited friends, he’d go into it to nap. However, two weeks after I bought it and a handful of uses, I zipped him up, and he popped his head out from the side. It came apart at the seam :( He’s a 9 pound chihuahua mix, so surprised he could break it. Pretty bummed since I like how it looks and it made it easy to carry him, and now I have to find something else before we travel for the holidays. Maybe better for a smaller or really inactive dog.

The bag looks great and seems sturdy, but it's too small for our 5-lb chihuahua. He's longer than I realize, so this won't work for him.
