Bergan Gourmet Waterer

I was so excited about this water bowl for our dog and cats. They are forever emptying their water dish and I thought this would give me a break from filling the water dish five times a day. I filled this and it kept over flowing into the floor. I took it off and made sure the lid was in correctly and tried again. I filled the water jug again and that’s when I realized, even with the lid screwed on correctly and tightly, it leaks without the water hole open where the water is supposed to come out. I can’t figure out how to return this item....HELP!

I set this up per the instructions, with water about a quarter way in the reservoir. Before my dog had a chance to use it I found all of the water in the jug had dispensed and overflowed onto my floor. Returning!

The water does not stop flowing when it reaches a level state. Rather the water continued to pour until it was all over the floor. I must assume this is because there is no valve to restrict the flow once the water dish is full

I thought this waterer would be perfect. The size was great. However, it leaks terribly. I have carpet in my dining room. Luckily, I already planned to replace it because this waterer absolutely soaked the carpet!

The good points are 1) it is made in America; 2) it is compact and easy to handle; 3 it doesn't take up much room. There is one bad point: the plastic edge of the water container is rough in places and I cannot get a firm seal with the lid. Other than that, it works great.

A great buy for my household, sits flush to the ground. No space for little paws to get under and topple over, or lip for teeth to grip and toss over. Easy to use and clean. A game changer for me!

I ordered the large version of this item first and received OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from Chewy as it was far too large for my needs; they replaced the item with the smaller versions. Here's the ONLY problem with these . . . the lids don't screw into the tops well at all. The tops are always crooked and you work too hard to screw them on flush. This seems like a silly design flaw... if they fix it, they'll have an excellent product on their hands!!

I really love this! Not having to refill a dish every day! Works great for my two dogs!

What a great water dispenser. Always clean water. Water bowl never empty. Boy my boys can drink out of it at the same time.

Heavy when filled, but last so much longer then the regular size.
