    Better Bigger

    Colors are nice. Blend in well with decor. More importantly, the cats more readily use this hut. They seem to hesitate to go in the smaller ones and for the most part have only used them sporadically after the initial “newness” wore off. We had to order a second of this larger one though because while one cat would be inside another would be waiting to get in. Really two could snuggle tightly in it. Our cats are full grown though and not always fond of sharing theses special huts. Summary: Good looking. Nice padding. Large enough for cats to feel comfortable entering and lounging for long periods of time. … more

    Much smaller than we expected

    We have an 11-lb. chorkie that loves to sleep buried in his blanket during the cold months. We saw this item and thought it'd be the perfect all-season bed for him—collapsed in the summer and popped up in the winter. We saw this item and thought it'd be the perfect all-season bed for him—collapsed in the summer and popped up in the winter. I tore open the box immediately upon receiving it today, hoping he'd hop right in. But as soon as I opened it, I knew it was way too small for him. Even if he did fit inside, he'd have to curl his body up tight like a ringworm, the way cats do. Um, yeah. That's not happening. It's pretty disappointing, to tell you the truth. The pictures on the web make it look like the standard version would easily fit a dog like him. But that's definitely not the case. I think this is much more suitable for cats. No, kittens. Or guinea pigs. Aside from that, it seems like a quality product made from durable and cozy materials, but I'm going to shop around for another solution. … more
