Really disappointing purchase. And the snuggling aspect is way off. The bed’s sides are not deep. My pup is a leaner, and likes to rest her head on the edges but can’t do so comfortably. The fur is not really pup friendly, and the bottom of the bed is easily flattened, no orthopedic foam. I donated the bed to my neighbor and now I’m back to searching for the perfect orthopedic snuggle bed for my pup.
I was hoping this would be a bit sturdier - it's very soft and doesn't seem orthopedic to me. Also, though it's recommended for small dogs (our guy is about 16 pounds) it seems like a size Large would work better than the Medium. That said, he hasn't complained and although it seems to be his second-choice bed (choosing a large size first), he will sleep in it.
I purchased this bed to see if it would be a bit more comfortable for my very bony, young-at-heart, cat. She loves it, and the other cats will let her be. I guess a happy and sound sleeping cat is best not bothered.
My little dog loves her new bed. It is very cozy and seems to wrap right around her for a secure feeling.
I bought one and my cats fought over it, so I bought one each and everybody’s living in their own.
My dog loves her bed. It is the perfect size and you can tell she is very comfortable in it. She likes to snuggle up in it! I like it that it is small enough to go in the washer, which makes it very convenient.
I got the medium size bed for a cat that is 16 lbs and tall, thinking the smaller one wouldn’t give him much room to stretch out, only curl up in a ball. But it’s true to size in diameter, but much flatter than the picture suggests. I was hoping the bottom would be thicker, have more padding for his old bones. The “fur” covering is very soft which cats love. It gets a lot of use. One of them is always in it.
This is a very well constructed bed. Unfortunately, I purchased the length/width dimensions my dog usually needs but did not check the weight max. He is a 65lb pitbull and while he likes to sleep in a tightly curled ball, he is much too heavy for it. With some basic sewing skill, an old sheet, and a 5lb bag of shredded memory foam I was able to make a different insert for the bottom and now it is perfect. The manufacturer may not like that advice but I wasn’t about to let a slightly pricey bed go to waste. Haven’t washed it yet but the zippers are good quality and sturdy.
This is a great dog bed, as it is soft and very comfortable for my dog. He loves it! We have two beds for him, and this is his go-to bed!
Miss Daisy Mae loves her new bed!!!
