Loss of Functionality
Prior to them becoming hits on Insta, the jumbo size covered the back and seat of the chair perfectly. The new version is a slightly off kilter square that doesn't cover everything anymore. I am having to use the old ones (which I accidentally overheated in the dryer so they became matted looking) to cover the seat of the chair then drape the new one on top of it to cover the back of the chair. I've added a photo to show the matted one covering the seat cushion and the new silky one covering the back of the chair. I'm not returning them because I can't find anything as attractive elsewhere. Plus, they truly keep the couch dry in case of an accident.
Has a bad smell
So i got this for my dog took it out the box it had a weird smell but i decided to air it out before i let my dog sleep on it. Gave it to my dog about two-three days later the smell became horrendous. Thought maybe dog got dirty and contributed to it. So i washed and air dried as directed. After washing it smelled like detergent but once it dried that rancid smell came right back. So i am not going to use it because the smell is horrible. Also if you have a dog that chews they’ll rip it to shreds its pretty light.
Super soft
The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because while I was un-do the packaging, I found a hole in the blanket. But since it’s for my dog, I didn’t ask for exchange. The blanket is super soft. My dog loves stuffed animals, so she try to play with it like how she plays with stuffed animals. She likes it.
Dog Snuggles
Both my dogs love snuggling into their blankets. My rottweiler has not tried to use it as a toy or even tried to chew it. I bought a few extra to donate to my local Humane Society.
Snuggly, calming blanket
My old dog cannot climb into a dog bed, so we put this blanket on the carpet & he snuggles onto it. I bought a second one & put it on our bed, for night time comfort.
Great Blanket and Great Price
My senior kitty Sunshine, 20yrs old, loves this blanket, it is her favorite. I have heard that the "eyelash" blankets remind them of sleeping near their mothers. I agree that the blanket seems to give her a comfort the other blankets don't. Be sure to follow the washing instructions.
Luxurious Blanket
This Throw is so soft and silky feeling. My pup loves it. We use it to lay next to his bed or in his crate to make him cozy. This is a VERY nice throw for the price. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a soft blanket for their puppy.
Matted Mess
Second bed and throw by this manufacturer, all of which matted within one to two washes, despite following manufacturer instructions. Sticking to practical products that are both safe and functional after washing.
Kind of disappointing
Was going to order 2, glad I only ordered 1. Very fluffy and soft but no loft. Just 2 pieces of fabric sewn together, no fill whatsoever.
Plush doggie blanket
It's not exactly what I was looking for. It's very soft and cozy and it looks nice but I feel like it's not good for small dogs especially. The long hairs get in their eyes and nose. My dogs like to snuggle and burrow under the blanket. I noticed they become more noisy while sleeping and they struggled with breathing and gagging. The hairs on the blanket go up their noses when they breathe. When I used their regular blanket they did better. They got phlegm from their mouths and noses on the plush blanket. I was worried they would suffocate with this blanket. This was my experience. I would not recommend it for small dogs. Larger dogs may fair better.
