big hit at my house

I bought this bed for a new puppy. I wanted a soft bed that she could play or hide out in. As soon as I put the bed down, she climbed right in. Then, the cat climbed in with her and took over the bed. The bed now belongs to my kitty. I will be getting a 2nd one.

Would be perfect with two improvements

I bought this for my 14 pound cat who loves covered beds. He was skeptical of this at first, because there is a material in the base that makes a crinkling noise when he steps on it. For that, he avoided it for the first few weeks. He is now finally using it, but the bottom cushioned part is not removable, so it is difficult to clean. Other than those two things, it is a nice large size with soft material. The opening is large enough for him (he is overweight) and there is plenty of extra room for him inside. It would probably accommodate two adult cats. Please note that there is an opening in both the front and back, so in order to keep in more heat, I cover the back of it with a towel. My cat figured out how it works!

Our cat Tiny loves the Cat Dome Bed. She usually spends most of her day sleeping in the Dome. We recently purchased a second Dome for our other cat, but Tiny took it upon herself to transform the Dome into the Bed for herself! We didn't even show her the instructions! Great product!

Crinkle bed

The bed is really neat and soft but when my cat stepped on it he was not impressed with the crinkly sound of the bottom! I'm not even going to try and get him to use it now.

opening is to small

this would be fine for a kitten or 2 but my fat cats can not get into the small opening
