This item did not have the metal frame in it so I could not set it up to use it, also the pillow is not plush it sounds like a toy filled with crunchy stuff in it. I think this would have been a better house if I would have ordered the Brown plush one but it was out of stock so I ordered one that was not a soft plush one. A friend of mine recommended this product and I saw hers and hers was a very soft plush material but the one she had was out of stock, where the one I got was a nylon type of material and not plush at all so I recommend ordering the brown plush one and if it is not in stock then I would wait until it is, which is what I will do next time. It is just fabulous. My little guy loves it. He feels like he is in a real doggy house & feels like it's his sanctuary. He just loves it & every night I never have to tell him to go to bed, he just knows it's his house & loves to go in it & sleeps through the entire night because he feels very safe. I highly recommend it. AAA+++

Was so happy with the purchase, my Pekingese absolutely loves it. The pillow comes out for easy cleaning, is the perfect size, is cute enough to have it in the living room so he can be still see everything going on, would definitely recommend this bed and was extremely happy with customer service, staff made sure I got the correct style and size.

Got this for my baby bunnie we are getting and he’s going to be big when he gets older so perfect size to even grow into Like other reviews tho I wasn’t crazy about the bed inside so I just took it out and made a soft bed

We bought this cute little house for our cats. This house is not quite what we expected however it does have some outstanding features. The roof does zip on- makingvery easy to remove and put on. The cushion was the real challenge- it is very fluffy but the material covering is not soft. The cushion cover is like a vinyl and not very comfy or warm. The cushion is easy to clean by lifting out and wiping off. We found if we wrap the cushion in a soft material it masks the feel and sound of the crunchy cushion cover. The overall size of the entrance is affected by the cushion making it challenging for our girls to get in and get comfy. Overall this is a very cute house worthy of a smaller pet. We got this for our kitty who was having problems getting up to some of her favorite spots because of her arthritis. She loves it!! She basically only comes out to eat and use her box! It’s really soft and cozy!

I thought this fabric would of been plush like fake fur but it is polyester and I do not care for it. I didn't send it back because it is always so much trouble to go through that process. So with that I am going to cover the inside pillow with fake fur that I have to make it more comfee for my Gracie. I really don't know if you really read these reviews but this is my review. It is very cute thou.

When the box came we thought this is great, put Sophie inside she walked around a bit and laid down. So that night I placed the bed where her old one had been, Put her in , turned out the lights, we went to sleep, morning came, and there is Sophie laying on the floor next to her new bed, Its not all lost, Missy our cat just crawled in and went to sleep, so Sophie seems to have lost her bed.

My baby faith loves her new home it is all that to her she doesn't like anyone to touch it we really have to call her out now this is the best thing I ever bought her that you can really see that she loves I getting rid of all her other things we bought for her housing unit thanks chewy for this home for faith

I love the look of this dog bed .. its pretty nice.. it looks exactly as pictured.. material seems easy to wash .. the only thing I DONT like about it is that the pillow inside is so lightweight, it doesn't stay where it's suppose to and I wouldn't call it "plush".. I have a small Chihuahua and everytime he tried going inside, the pillow slid backwards.. the material of the pillow is designed to be easy to wash but because of that, it's not soft at all and always feels cool to the touch so at first, my furbaby didn't like it at all and wouldn't stay inside long enough to lay down and give it a try.. so I took that pillow out and replaced it with a small soft blankie and now he actually loves I love the look of this dog bed .. its pretty nice.. it looks exactly as pictured.. material seems easy to wash .. the only thing I DONT like about it is that the pillow inside is so lightweight, it doesn't stay where it's suppose to and I wouldn't call it "plush"..
