We have a 10-month old lab puppy who is allowed on our bed in the early mornings for snuggle time. As our bed is a tall captain’s bed, we needed some stairs to give the pup an assist. I wanted stairs that wouldn’t cripple me if I were to run into them in the dark. I researched all the soft foam stairs We have a 10-month old lab puppy who is allowed on our bed in the early mornings for snuggle time. As our bed is a tall captain’s bed, we needed some stairs to give the pup an assist. I wanted stairs that wouldn’t cripple me if I were to run into them in the dark. I researched all the soft foam stairs looking for ones that would support a dog approaching 70 pounds. These foam stairs came with a support assurance of 100-lbs. and many good reviews. I felt confident that they’d be ideal. Pros: Well made, perfect for smaller dogs and cats Cons: Bottom is slippery on hardwood floor and even on mat, stairs are too narrow for our big pup. It has taken our dog several weeks of coaxing and bribing with toys and treats to “use” these stairs. He’s using only the bottom step as a launching pad and jumping on the bed in a flying leap. Will soon pack the stairs away for our future puppy #2. … more

I've tried but my dogs just won't use it. The stairs simply aren't wide enough and even though I have it placed on a mat against the bed, it still moves when the dogs did try to use it. The non skid bottom is pointless, this is more fitting for a cat...definitely not for dogs

Dog stairs
By RENIE on Feb 24, 2021
My little dog has no problem going up the stairs onto the couch. However, she is VERY LEARY of stepping down. It would of been perfect, if the steps were deeper, giving her more room to step down.

Great for Older Pets!
By SabrinaCat on Feb 24, 2021
My 12 year old cat seems to have forgotten how to jump. On top of that, we recently got a new bed, which was decidedly taller than our previous bed. Our cat had virtually no way of getting up on the bed, which I knew made her sad, so I got this set of stairs for her. She learned how to use them within a day, and now she spends more time on the bed than she had in months. I also like the neutral color/pattern, so it easily matched the décor of my bedroom.

Chihuahua Approved
By Erika on Feb 13, 2021
Our girl Khloe, a petite chihuahua, is getting older and began having difficulties jumping up onto the couch. She was afraid of the sleek wood stairs I purchased, but these are soft and firm and she feels comfortable using them.

Great stairs for large, older dog
By Brenda on Feb 2, 2021
Bought this to replace my other dog stairs that broke. This product is awesome! They are wide and stable so my large dog feels safe using them, going up and down. I leave them up all the time but love the fact they can be folded up if necessary. Definitely recommend them.

Safe and happy
By Ollie on Jan 27, 2021
My little short legged furbaby was having difficulty in the last few weeks getting up on the bed. Set the steps up and she is a happy dog and my back is happy not lifting her up so many times. Blends in beautifully in the bedroom.

Great steps

So easy. Lines right up to sofa. My 15 pound pug mix used them right away. He had been having trouble jumping up on the sofa of late. No more.
