Looks Like I Could Eat It

By Rukimonster on Jul 29, 2021

My cats both had oral surgeries done on their mouths and were restricted to a canned food diet. They are both a little picky about their wet food especially so I needed a brand that was healthy for them, could still get them the calorie content they need, while also being affordable and palatable for My cats both had oral surgeries done on their mouths and were restricted to a canned food diet. The Weruva brand of wet foods they do seem to really like. When you open the cans you can see actual chunks and bits of meat in gravy. It looks like something a person could eat and that is a good indication to me that my girls are getting what they need rather than empty filler and byproducts. … more

Cats love it but had tiny bones in it

By Jcat on Sep 23, 2021

My cats loved it. I was really excited about this but it had bones in it. Picture a skinny plastic toothpick but half the size. I could easily break it and I only found one per can and not in all the cans. My cats swallowed the food like soup. They're old indoor cats not accustomed to bones. One of my My cats loved it. I try to give my cat food with lots of liquid, and this food meets that test. If it was made in the USA I would have given it 5 stars

    Finicky Eater

    By on

My completely blind cat is a finicky eater so I’ve learned not to purchase too much of anything. Chloe eats an entire serving of this brand and flavor each time. So it’s definitely a keeper for me!!

    BFF is BEST!

    By on

Finally a brand of cat food that I can feed to all four of our cats! One is allergic to chicken, another would only eat a brand with chicken. One will only eat fish and the other one eats everything LOL Great limited ingredient product at a great price. The only con is it doesn’t stretch as far as pate, but it is high moisture which they need.

    Kitty loves this food!

Our 9 year old Kitty has been dx with obesity weighing in at 19 lbs. Her new vet recommended we attempt to switch her to canned food as it has less calories than dry food. What?! Due to daily vomiting, dry flaky skin, constant biting herself and hair loss on the advice of her former vet we switched her dry food many many times over the years and had her down to 1/4 cup twice a day for weight loss but nothing was working. She was always hungry waiting by her dish for hours. It was never suggested we try canned food. After much research and assistance from Chewy we tried many different flavors of BFF. She ate the duck & tuna in gravy right away. It has only been a couple of months and she has already lost 0.5 of a pound, her fur is growing back soft and shiny, no more flaky skin, biting, or scratching. No more vomiting either. She is a very happy Kitty and we are very happy too. Highly recommend this food. It’s worth every penny. Chewy has the best prices too. … more

Weird consistency but cat likes it

    By on

This is a weird consistency food. It’s very blended and just pours out of the can. My cat licks it up though and seems to enjoy it.
