  • Senior Cat says YUMMY

    By on

My senior siamese cat is very finicky now, not wanting to eat her normal blue buffalo canned food. She really enjoys the BFF pouch, we have been using it as gravy on the old food and sometimes solo. I rate it 4 stars because the packaging is difficult, sort of like a kid's drink pouch with the flimsy straw. DON'T SQUEEZE IT while opening, it goes all over the place because its so juicy.

  • BFF Tuns& Chicken cat food

    By on

My cat loves this food. Only reason I do not give it 5 stars is packaging. The cat food sticks to the sides of the envelope type container and it’s really hard to get all the cat food out. Makes a mess.

  • Too runny for my cat

    By on

My cat eats BFF brand wet food in the can..the pouch seems to be too saucy..it looked like vomit and I don't blame her for not wanting this..I am only buying the cans from now on and not the pouch

  • Ragdoll Approved

    By on Top 500 Contributor

Both my Ragdolls love BFF pouch food since they predominantly like a very gravy like consistency for wet food. Healthy, great for diabetes prevention or management and my dog loves the leftovers

  • Did not care for

    By on

Mostly gravy with a few strings of meat. Difficult to remove all of it from the package without getting it all over your hand. Cat left most of it in dish.

  • it must be yummy

    By on

my finicky cats (2 of them) prefer the gravy in moist food, and this has lots of gravy that they love. So this is what I buy for them all the time.

  • BFF Cat Food Pouches

    By on

The BFF Cat Food Pouches are amongst the best cat food anywhere. The tuna is of the highest quality and I love the one mixed with chicken so my cat can enjoy that too. I give only half the pouch at a time so I use a clamp to seal it and put it in a baggie sometimes too. The pouch is kinder to the environment and keeps the food very fresh. You shouldn't keep it in sunlight though, but it certainly is cost effective for high quality at a low price.

  • This line of cat food is SOOOO GREAT

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

It's CRAZY how similar this line of food looks to canned fish that people consume. Like, I sometimes buy tinned sardines and the product that comes out of these pouches is a near exact dupe. Not gonna lie, I definitely sniffed it out of curiosity. Normally, cat food can have some pretttty off putting smells but this just smelled like fish. Like, regular fishy smell to expect from something you'll use for dinner. My cats eat part wet and part dry food, and I use this as a "sometimes" treat for the dry portion -- without fail, the plate is always cleaned up.

  • Good for an occasional meal

    By on Top 250 Contributor

My cat gets a meal with tuna once a week because fish isn't good for cats despite the stereotype that cats love fish and our thinking that they can have it all the time. He doesn't like pate or mushy textured food but he does like this line so I give him these pouches once in awhile to change up his diet.

  • Not the charm I was expecting

    By on

Too bad you have to order a whole case of 12 or 24 of a product you are not familiar with. That is way I am putting out this review. Bff has some nice items like all the aspic choices. But, this item is really bad. It is all liquid mostly (mush, mush, and more mush). Stick with what you know and save money.
