BioBag Waste Bags are a great alternative to regular polyethylene plastic bags because they're made from a resin derived from plants, vegetable oils and compostable polymers. They can be readily composted along with organic waste in municipal composting facilities and meet the ASTM D6400 standard specification for the labeling of plastics designed to be aerobically composted in municipal or industrial facilities. Please check www.findacomposter.com to make sure facilities are available in your community!
Clean and responsible, made from plants, vegetable oils, and compostable polymers.
Great alternative to plastic bags that are made from polyethylene. They are easily composted along with organic waste in a municipal setting.
The black color hides the contents after being used for the dirty job.
Each bag measures 8.5 x 14 inches and are 0.5 millimeters in thickness.
Made in the USA!
Do not put bag over head/face, danger of suffocation.
These bags are very reliable; I use them to double bag my dogs' waste for the trash collector. The other BioBags which I use are the Large size which come 35 to the box; they are also very reliable. I no longer use the other BioBags marked Small as they are not good at all - they are flimsy.
Two stars for enviro-effort

This one's on me. I use BioBags in my kitchen compost bin, so I totally knew what I was getting. We have our first dog again since the end of the era of plastic grocery store bags, so I wanted to do the right thing and get compostable poop bags. But as I opened the very first bag of the very first roll, my finger immediately punctured it and I knew it wasn't going to work out for us. These bags are just too weak. Sorry, Earth!
Hard to open

The bags are fine, though a bit thin. The ones we received though were almost all really hard to open, almost like they were sticking together. The thin material made it even harder to open the bag to its full size. Would not recommend.
Do the job but super thin
on Jul 1, 2017
We switched from our former 'Bio Bag' after reading they were no longer biodegrade material.
These bags do the job. It's just a little 'nerve-racking' at how thin the material is (you know that feeling I'm talking about when you bend down to pick it up and just pray the bag holds). We've been using daily for over a month now and have had only one break (and we use 3-4 bags a day). So the proof is in the durability of the product - just took us a little time to get use to the new bag. Otherwise, super happy we are doing something, hopefully, good for our planet.
Great long bags
on Jul 19, 2017
These bags are great! They are longer than most, which is helpful for those with bigger dogs. They are sturdy and environmentally friendly - a combination that can be somewhat hard to find. The only reason I am rating a 4 instead of a 5 is I wish the bags on a roll came with handles.

I was really happy with these bags. Large enough for my dogs and durable. Other bags have ripped when pulling them off the roll or when removing the little sticker; these have an elastic around them. There is a bit of a slick feel to them, but it is because of the cornstarch and I never found it to be a bother.

These are the only poop bags I would ever buy.... I have a Cairn terrier & the size & quality of these bags is just perfect. Great price too!
BioBags are awesome!

Love that the pet waste bags now come on a roll. Less waste and easier to tuck in a pocket!
Turned off at first!
on Feb 7, 2017
So at first I was really turned off by these bags because they feel thin in comparison to others like fresnos. I was hoping for something more green since I was about to sit my folks two dogs and having 3 total, well...thats a lot of poop and poop bags! BioBag never broke on me. I bought both the rolled and the slightly larger non rolled (and liked both).
there ok. good value for the money.
