BioBag Waste Bags are a great alternative to regular polyethylene plastic bags because they're made from a resin derived from plants, vegetable oils and compostable polymers. They can be readily composted along with organic waste in municipal composting facilities and meet the ASTM D6400 standard specification for the labeling of plastics designed to be aerobically composted in municipal or industrial facilities. Please check www.findacomposter.com to make sure facilities are available in your community!
Clean and responsible, made from plants, vegetable oils, and compostable polymers.
Great alternative to plastic bags that are made from polyethylene. They are easily composted along with organic waste in a municipal setting.
The black color hides the contents after being used for the dirty job.
Each bag measures 8 x 11.4 inches and is 0.92 millimeters in thickness.
Manufactured in the USA with resin sourced from Italy.
Do not put bag over head/face, danger of suffocation.
I bought these out of concern for our world filling with plastic waste that makes its way to our streams and oceans, hurting fish and other ocean inhabitants. These bags are more than large enough to pick up after my lab and easy to use. They seem quite durable.

I actually bought these to go in a small, countertop compost bin, not as doggy bags. My thought was that they probably wouldn’t be strong enough for wet dog waste. I’ve been quite surprised as they have been as good as plastic doggy bags. I’d strongly recommend these bags! Great way to help cut down on plastic usage.
Perfect bag for me and my pomchi

I like the biobag brand in general bcause they are made of recycled plastic and they don't have that plastic feel that I don't think break down at all after we put them in the garbage. I know these will eventually break down and they are the perfect size for my little pomchi.
Sturdy, but weirdly packaged

So, I may be a little spoiled in that I prefer bags that come in a roll. These took some getting used to because they come in those stuck together stacks of bags like grocery bags do. So you're left with a bunch of plastic at the bottom of the box. Still, the bags themselves are pretty sturdy. Definitely not for large dogs, so make sure you get the appropriate size. :)

I was happy to find these bags that come in a bunch where you tear off each bag, no plastic roll center to dispose of! I do wish they were a little longer, more like the Biobags that come on a roll, but I make them work.

These Are Great

These are the real deal in terms of trying to make less of an impact on our environment. Easier to open than plastic bags. They take up less space in my pocket. They don't smell. Perfect.
Environmentally friendly bags!

These bags are durable and easy to use! Please note they come folded up in the box, not wrapped around a roll like other poop bags.
A little small

I truly believe we all need to use these, as the plastic bags from the grocery store or your newspapers will not decompose. I am happy to have purchased them for the environment, but they are small-and a little difficult to manuever with the poop scooper. They make larger ones but those will be unnecessarily too large.
I love bio bags!

The bags are great! They are the larger size and not the roll for the small pouch. I just removed a few and stuck them in my small pouch for walks. Works great!
