Is there a way to add a heater to it? The shape of it makes it look like you wouldn't be able to add a heater.

A heater can easily be added to the biOrb FLOW aquarium.
how many fish are sufficient for the 4 gal?

When it comes to housing fish, we suggest contacting your local pet store for the best recommendations. We do not recommend Goldfish as they are high maintenance.
Is this good for betta fish?

Easy set up

This wouldn't be my first product to recommend. I bought this for a betta, it has great lighting, easy to put together and set up. The only thing I didn't like, after about two or three weeks the water got cloudy. I don't think the filter works very good. However if you are just using for a betta and you don't over feed him, it should be good. I've since emptied and refilled this and so far so good.

What an upgrade!

I recently, finally “crashed my tank” as they say. So badly, the whole thing had to go. Im not sure what algae bloom we caught but I spent WAY to much time cleaning a tank that would turn brown every 4th day. Plus, its saltwater!! Exhausting. So I bought this tank and we anxiously awaited its arrival. My only wish was that the tank came with an optional, matching heater.
