Can this floor mop be used on Laminated floors also. I was told only use water and half vinegar on laminated floors can I use water and vinegar in this mop instead? Willit hurt or clog the mop?

This mop can clean and sanitize sealed hard floors only. Please see the image for reference. Do not use on leather, wax polished furniture or floors, synthetic fabrics, velvet or other delicate, steam-sensitive materials. This mop can steam clean and sanitize your home using only water. No need to use harsh chemicals. Never put descaling, aromatic, alcoholic or detergent products into the steam cleaner, as this may damage it or make it unsafe for use. Please use only the manufacturer’s recommended attachments. Use of attachments not provided or sold by Bissell may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
Does the steam help lift or remove dried on debri? I've heard that steam cleaners are great but I'm not sure if they just sanitize or if they help clean food or potty messes without having so hand scrub as well.

Excellent steam cleaner

My other brand steam cleaner died on me. I have a couple other Bissell products so I read reviews and hoped this would be up to my expectations. It is! The optional scrub brush is genius. That gets down to the grout and cleans it unbelievably clean! And to have a carpet freshener is also nice. The cleaner is very easy to use. It was designed smart for getting into corners and under furniture. Lightweight. Love it comes with two washable mop heads and scent discs. So glad I researched and bought this! I highly recommend it!
