The hard floor cleaner can be used as a stick vacuum and a steam mop at the same time, or separately. For best results, use the powerful vacuum to clear floor of dust and small debris as you steam mop.
Choose the level of steam to clean your floor, either HI for sticky messes, or LO for every-day cleaning. Press steam trigger on the underside of the handle to actuate steam and push the VAC switch down to turn on the cyclonic vacuum. Begin cleaning, and when the cleaner stops emitting steam, turn the unit off (both vacuum and steam functions) and unplug.

Easy everyday cleaning in a flash! Nice to vacuum and mop and the same time. I use this as an everyday quick vacuum on my cement floors. Not for heavy-duty jobs but it will leave floors cleaned from fur and paw prints. I haven’t been able to be successful with the carpet attachment, however.

SO I WORK FOR A DR'S OFFICE AND THE DR. BOUGHT THIS BEAUTY.I LOVE IT. MAKES MY CLEANING DAY SO EASY AND FAST. LEAVES THE OFFICE SMELLING CLEAN FOR DAYS. I JUST WONDER IF IT WOULD WORK WELL WITH MY FLOORS I HAVE TILE AND TWO SMALL DOGS, THAT SHED LIKE NO OTHER. I WOULDN'T WANT TO SPEND MONEY I DON'T HAVE TO PURCHASE AND NOT WORK. ANYWAY IT WORKS FANTASTIC I LOVE IT. SO I DO RECOMMEND TE ITEM. EVEN IF I CANT AFFORD IT. :(

I've had this vac/steamer for about 3 years. We have lots of dogs. (6 inside now) and this works great keeping my house under control. I feel like the steam is sanitizing my floors and the vacuum picks up everything just ahead of the steamer. I do sweep with a broom or vacuum with my big vacuum first, but this has a nice strong suction. I just have so many dogs, that I feel I should sweep first or pre-vacuum. The directions say don't put the mop head in the dryer, and I agree. It makes the elastic loosen up. But I wash it in the washer just fine. My Bissell works wonderfully after all this time.

I felt the vacuum on this Bissell was really good. I vacuumed my kitchen floor before hand and it still picked up some missed hair. While the steamer worked ok, I think possibly it is better as a quick fix in between deep cleanings. But then I also have 6 Doxies. So there were a lot of tracks.

Prior to this purchase, cleaning floors felt like an all day project. Vacuum, then mop,and finally dry the floors. Now my floors are cleaned more often, look 100% better and I wish I had purchased this sooner.

This is great!!!! I used it for the first time today. The suction of the vacuum is excellent! I have 4 birds and it sucked the seed and feather up with no trouble. I also have 7 dogs. The doggie tumbleweeds are no match for this. I used the steamer too. It worked great on my new vinyl plank flooring. They look better than they ever did with the Swiffer. It's light weight too which I need with my very bad back. Being able vacuum and steam clean at the same time is much easier on me too. I can't say enough good things about this machine!! I highly recommend it!!

I had this product for a literal moment. I tried to clean the hard wood floor that has Husky hair and was super disappointed. I returned the product and got my money back. In addition, it's SUPER tedious to clean. Not worth my time. Plus, I had to sweep and swifter after I used this product.

I have had other steamer/vacuums that did not work very well because I have large dogs and LOTS OF HAIR!! The canister on this one is large enough to use multiple times without having to stop to empty it. I steam the floor with the animals right in the room because it does not need the chemicals that a regular mop would need. I love this product and would highly recommend it to other pet owners or families with small children. A bonus is that it picks up pieces of dog food and even cat litter!!
