seriously?
I rotate my dogs foods. I will buy something and they will eat it for a bit and then stop. I had purchased this one before. When I checked I saw the price has gone up $27 a bag. You have got to be kidding me. Not really sure what Blackwood thinks they are doing, but that does not help the consumer at all. Found another brand at my local pet store, very similar ingredients for less than half the price of this.
it’s a good food!
It has great ingredients and it’s all life stages. So I am able to feed it to my growing puppy and two adult dogs. They all did really well on this formula. Good shiny coats, steady energy levels, and regular stools once transitioned. It did make their breath a little stinky but that’s expected with a fish based diet. My only complaints are the kibble is super tiny and thin so I don’t think my dogs chewed it and that my bag arrived with a hole in it. The food looked fine and fresh so I still fed it (no problems) and opted not to call for a replacement.
Great food, awful price
My 8 year old boxer has a plethora of issues. Looking fora Quality dog food without chicken or other ingredients that upset his stomach is a challenge. That’s when I found this food! When I first found it, it was $35 a bag. Incredible! My dog loved it, and after the switch, he rarely had stomach upset issues. For months we lived in a world without stomach upset, it was wonderful. Then one day Blackwood changed their price and I was shocked to see that it was almost double what it was before. This is very upsetting, as now this food is out of my budget. I had to switch my dogs food and once again we are battling issues. His health is extremely important to me, but so is paying rent. I wish they had not changed the price.

Satisfied for my 5 year old labradoodle
We have a 5 year old Labradoodle who has a very sensitive stomach and Ive tried everything. So far a half a bag through and shes doing good. Going to keep doing g this food with her 2/3rd a cup 3 times a day. Hopefully this will help her.
I'm broke but the food works for her
This recipe is great for my dog's health: her appetite is good, her poops are normal, her skin looks better and she put on some healthy weight. BUT this product is way too expensive! I won't be able to afford this for much longer. *Actively looking for a new food*
Blackwood salmon and rice
Seems like a good food , we still have to add something to the kibble but my picky eater seemed to like it right away. Easy on the stomach, stools are normal. No strong fishy smell. I’d like to feed some of the other diets for all my dogs not just the picky eater, but the prices are ridiculous for 30lbs of food. So I’ll stick with Victor which is way more reasonable for them.

Drastic price increase!
This food is amazing! My dog loves it and it has really worked with his sensitive skin.. Ive been feeding it to him for over a year and all of a sudden the price has almost doubled !!! This is not okay Chewy! I will have to switch his food because of this! And will no longer be ordering products from you!
