Can't Lose the Doggo!
We live in a quiet, cul-de-sac. My teeny doggo would get lost forever if she accidentally slipped out of her harness. To prevent her from becoming some wild animal's amuse-bouche, I bought this collar. It's sturdy, VERY bright, and not heavy for our puny furball. We ONLY wear it for walks at night, so I'm sure it will have a longer lifespan for us than for another dog, but I would happily replace it with another one when it finally kicks the bucket.
Best collar ever for night visibility
The light given off by this strong and well made collar is amazing. My dark brown Chessie no longer disappears into the night when we play off line and when on leash walking along the road, he stands out like a beacon rather than fading into the dark of the roadside. I don't have it on for long periods of time but after more than a week I still have not had to recharge the battery. I highly recommend this product.
Bright, Night Dog!
Ordered a 2nd Blazin'Safety LED Collar for my dog, Chester. One for home and one at our business for these short days, dark walks early and late. Ordered another one for one of our employees dog who said "best present they received all Christmas"!
Highly visible
Since it gets dark earlier now with the time change and all, when I walk the dog after I arrive home from work it is completely dark. I wear a reflective vest, but felt the small button flasher on the dog collar wasn't enough. I ordered this collar and I love it. Even when she is out a ways, anyone can tell that she is there. Much safer. I would highly recomment this collar. Love that it is rechargeable!
Good, and Bad
First, let me start by saying I live in the country on a few acres. I picked up my chocolate lab puppy (who you can't see at night) on October 21st, today is November 27th. The button broke off and is no longer easy to turn on without jamming something in it. I expected this to last longer than one month. Not to excited that I also bought the leash, and a large collar too. It's a great product, unfortunately the plastic wasn't designed for its use.
Disappointed battery
We have purchased these collars in the past and loved them but the last three that we have gotten the battery losses charge in short amount of time and have to be charged every night The older ones we would charge about once a week and they dimmed then the lights went out These just shut off We rely on these at night Not sure what has happened to the quality of this product
Awesomeness
I bought this green color for my dog diva and actually ended up buying another two of them a pink one for her daughter Scully and one for another dog that was extra small and blue his name was ink and he's jet black and it made it much easier to find him in the middle of the night I turned the green one on in the car at night and watch as people laugh their heads off because my dog is a spaz in the backseat of my car and they are always trying to figure out what the light is as they drive down the street and she's running through the backseat of my car like a jerk or hanging your head out the window it's actually quite cute I absolutely love this color and so does she!! I didn't name her diva for no reason she is a diva
Life saving collar
This collar saved my dogs life with in a week of owning it. He is a black schnoodle and at night he disappears. He's very fast as well. We live in the country on a few acres and if he wasn't so responsive to me I'd have lost him a few times. Well this night he decided to dart after a critter and straight towards a car coming down the road. Thanks to this collar I was able to react just in time! Also because the collar is so bright the driver spotted him and slowed down. When I say bright, I mean it! It literally lights up the yard wherever he goes. I see spots if I look directly at it. Lol great collar! Get it!
not dependable
The collar is well built but the light switch does not hold up. This is my second collar, Chewy replaced the first one. My dog is an inside dog so the collar is not exposed to the elements. The light switch on both collars broke after about 3 mo. of use.
Life Saver
We had a Black & Tan Dobie, at night he is virtually invisible. I Love this collar, holds a charge a long time and is great for playing ball at night.
