Cost is way too much!
Although my dog loves this brand and flavor, I was forced to purchase the 4 lb bag recently. This was due to a shortage of the 24 lb bag. Since I cannot mention the price of products, it would take two and a half 4 lb bags to equal the price that I pay for the 24 lb bag. I will continue to purchase the 24 lb bag. My one star rating is for the price, everything else about this product would be rated higher.
Yorkie loves!
My 9 year old Yorkie is a very picky eater and loves this food. I’ve also noticed that since he has started eating this food, he has less belly issues and skin irritation.

Senior Blue Buffalo
So happy to find this item in stock and have it delivered to my door. As my dog hits 14 years of age his eating habits had declined but he eats this product very well.
Meh, not my usual stuff
Disappointed that Chewy, my normal GO TO doesn't have the Blue Buffalo Senior Weight Control dog food. I need it on autoship and you've let me down!
Changing it up!!
After what the vet recommended with using Science Diet for our dogs liver problems, we found that it still was not working for her. She was continuing to have diarrhea because of the fat intake from Science Diet, mind you she had diarrhea for almost two months before I found this brand. Blue Buffalo Basics turkey and sweet potato have been a life saver for us. No more runs and our girl is happy!
Lack of Supply due to Demand?
This dog food has been hard to get through this site. I've had three different orders that got canceled due to unavailable product. This has been unacceptable since I count on the delivery of this order for my pets.
Gibbs loves this food!
Started feeding my 10 year old Sheltie Gibbs this food and he LOVES it!! Nice size for older dogs to consume. He is allergic to chicken we found out, especially as he is ages, and not too many choices. But this limited ingredients recipe we like feeding him.

I have a 13 year old Yorkie and this food keeps her acting like a puppy.
Greyhound approved
My senior greyhound didn't like the lamb-based kibble he was getting, so I wanted to switch but I also wanted to avoid chicken. He really likes this food and is eager to get his meals now. The pieces are smaller and less likely to cause him to choke when he wolfs it down. I mix it with Blue Buffalo canned food.
