Questions & Answers

How many can per day should a puppy be fed?
Answer by ChewyAug 10, 2020
Please click on the attached photo to reference the feeding chart. This feeding chart is a general recommendation. It can be adjusted for your specific pet when also taking into account their age, activity level, etc. If you are uncertain of the amount, you can always consult with your veterinarian.

Can this be frozen eg: like in kongs; for interactive feeding?
Answer by ChewyOct 23, 2021
Once a can of food has been opened, we recommend covering the remaining contents and refrigerating it for no more than 3 days as it is a real meat product. They can also be placed in the freezer.

At what age do you switch to the adult stage?
Answer by ChewyAug 10, 2020
A puppy is generally considered an adult when they stop growing taller. Typically for small breeds this is between 9-12 months, medium breeds around 12 months and large breeds closer to 15 months or more. We always recommend consulting with your veterinarian to determine when it is appropriate for your individual pet.

Product no longer in production.

I would definitely recommend this item. The problem is that Blue Buffalo discontinued this item in 2020 as per a conversation I had with Blue Buffalo.

Not worth the money, spoiled within a few weeks, my puppy’s least favorite wet food.

Loved By Both !

Both my 11 week old Shepsky and my 2 year old Malinois love this food. They get it mixed with their Victor kibble. Since they are both large breed dogs I love knowing they are getting quality protein they need. One to start out and Maggie who was my rescue and didn't have the best nutrition to start out. She has since increased her muscle mass and her coat has improved. My Shepsky is growing by leaps and bounds and who also is putting on muscle weight and gives my Mal a run for her money during play. I definitely recommend this canned food because it also looks and smells like real meat. From both my furbabies Aroo and two paws up!

Licked The Bowl Clean!

I just got my shipment & my puppy literally licked the bowl clean & went back & checked the bowl a few more times to make sure he got it all!!! He definitely has always eaten well, but has always left a little dry food in his bowl at each meal... I think it’s very safe to say he loves the Woodland Blend Wet Food & is looking forward to his next meal!!!

Ben Approved!

As I've become used to Ben my GSD being picky it made sense to try this food. Hey, Ben he likes it. He gets a can of Carnivora on the AM with a freeze dried meal topper and a can in the evening with kibble and the same topper. So far, he's eating well. He likes the aroma and meaty taste of the Carnivora. I like the ingredients. It is possible after writing this review he'll stop eating it, but for now it's Ben approved! I'm happy...

My GSP Loves this

I ordered this brand due to my German Shepherd pup becoming a picky eater, soon as the food arrives I open the can let him sniff it and he was ready to eat. I usually get the red meat blend but just like us he gets tired of eating the same food. I will re order this again. Along with the hard food.
