Blue Buffalo Life Protection Formula Adult Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe Dry Dog Food

Blue Buffalo has made a huge improvement for our dog. She started having trouble with her hip. She wasn't able to jump up into things like she had before and wasn't wanting to play as much. We were very concerned because she is still very young. My son checked her dog food ingredients and realized that corn was the first thing listed. I had been buying a well know and I thought good dog food as it was not that cheap! We checked into things and found out that corn is not good and can cause many issues. We researched dog food brands and decided to go with Blue Buffalo as it has such healthy ingredients. At first, I brought home a small bag just to make sure “Hero” would eat it.. upon first bite, it was like giving a kid cookies for breakfast! He immediately loved it! My dog eats the kibble well enough but as others have stated, not only will not eat the tiny dark pellets but scatters them all over the dark carpet and I am constantly stepping on them. For this reason alone, this will be my last bag. I actually take the time to pick out most of the pellets but that is a pain. There is no benefit to the dog no matter how good the ingredients are if he won't eat them. Can someone recommend a similar product without the pellets?

3 bags of Blue Buffalo dog food delivered to my home although this is very convenient the wrong food had been sent....I’d previously ordered the salmon colored bag because I have two large dogs and the salmon bag contains larger nuggets which are easier for them to chew and not chock on eating the smaller nuggets

Sam Wheat (my golden doodle) has been eating this food since he was born. He just turned 1 year old and Blue Buffalo has always kept him healthy and he loves it. When we changed his food from puppy to adult the choice was clear. And the best part is still the same food only difference is now adult. He loves it and a happy dog makes a happy owner.

This food is absolutely fabulous. My dogs really like it. I used to have to give them soft food with their dry food just to get them to eat it, but they eat this just fine plain. Their coats are shinier and they have stopped itching. I am amazed. Plus you can't beat that it is delivered right to your door! How great is that?!

My pittie absolutely LOVES this food. He likes all the types of Blue Buffalo, but this one seems to be his favorite. And you can't beat the price on Chewy - such a deals compared to the pet store! I'll never buy another brand 10/10 would recommend

Our 12 year old Malti-cockapoo, Grace, ate the same food for years but would leave the bowl uneaten for hours. I accidentally ordered Blue Buffalo and from the first day I put it in her bowl she eats it immediately.

I'm thinking about transitionING puppies to this soon, because of it being holistic. Chewy is great for fast dhipping, but they only have the 30lb bag of this, whereas Costco & Sams' club have the 38lb bag for a better price.

I thought my dog would love Blue Buffalo. It is supposedly made from better ingredients than big box dog food and has much more aroma, but I find that even after a few weeks , he doesn't eat it as enthusiastically and leaves more in his bowl each morning although I give him exactly the same amount of each type of food.
