Great for dogs with sensitive stomachs!
My pup got a parasite when he was a puppy, and he has had loose stool ever since. The vet prescribed Hill's Prescription Diet Gastrointestinal Biome, and it worked wonders on everything but my wallet! I tried a few times over the last 6 months to ween him back to American Natural Premium, but he always got loose stool again. I thought I'd try this, and it does the trick at 60% of the price. He seems to love it, and I am going to try switching my other dog to this now that I know it will work for the one with a sensitive stomach. This is nothing against American Natural Premium. My last pup thrived on it for 16.5 years. And Hill's was great with the exception of the price.
BEST DOG FOOD for sensitive tummy
Our labradoodle has a very sensitive tummy and his poop is not solid. After trying 7 different brands, I’m so pleased and so very thankful for this brand! No more “ Hershey squirts” or “mud butt” total game changer! Side note, our dogs did not gravitate to it at first but when they got hungry they ate! Lol so my recommendation is to add some chicken or broth to make it yummy! Then they eat it up!!! Now they are use to it so it’s not necessary.
My Westie will eat this food topped with chicken of course!!!
My 3 year old Westie is very picky about dog food. We were throwing away a lot of expensive dog food prior to this. We did not even mix this with her old Hill's Science Diet food. She ate it all and no stomach issues.
Great for sensitive tummies
Our English bulldog had been on Blue Buffalo wilderness puppy and had tons of issue after the formula change. We switched to this and his gas/accidents/diarrhea cleared up within a couple days. It was a game changer for him and for us.
Good for my dog's tender tummy
This food is a success for my dog. I had switched to a pro plan food and it just didn't work for us. Lots of stomach upset and runs. slowly switched from and bland diet to this food and she's back to normal. Best of all, she really likes it.

I have only been feeding this for a week and so far I haven't seen any big changes in my dog's fecal matter but I'm hoping it will work. So, I will continue to feed.

Our Moyen poodle was chewing her feet. read it might be digestive issues. this seems to be improving the anxiety.
Packaging is awful
The food seems good, and good for the dogs. They like it, and appear to eat it happily. One of my pups had a bout with pancreatitis, and needs blissful, gentle dog food. AS TO THE PACKAGING... why o why, doesn't Blue Buffalo have bags that are resealable in this 24 lb size? The bags are so stiff it is difficult to get the bag top into some sort of secure, if not airtight, closed position. I get very cranky every time I have to get food out for my kids.
Good, but. . .
This is the 2nd time I have wanted to get my automatic order of dog food delivered sooner (trying to get the timing right) when BOTH the order and my automatic order were delivered at the same time. The ordering system needs to be more user friendly. Now I have 6 MONTHS of dog food!
Works well for sensitive tummies
Ordered for a dog who has digestive issues. This sits well with her and her tummy. Nobody wants an uncomfortable pup so this has been helpful.
