Where is your food manufactured, and from where do you source your ingredients?

All Blue Buffalo products are manufactured in the United States. Many of their ingredients, such as most grains and meats such as chicken, beef and turkey come from the United States. Lamb and venison can be free range from the United States or New Zealand. Rabbit is sourced from Europe, and trout can come from the United States or Canada. Where possible Blue's suppliers are instructed to source their ingredients from the United States. Where the ingredients are not readily available in the Unites States, such as many vitamins and minerals, their suppliers will only work with reliable foreign companies, and subject all ingredients to rigorous quality testing. None of the ingredients are sourced from China.
How many cups in a 24lb bag?

There will be approximately 4 cups per pound of food. The 4.5 pound bag will contain close to 18 cups, the 11 pound bag close to 44 cups and the 24 pound bag close to 96 cups.
Would this be a good dog food for Golden retriever ? Blue Bluffalo (duck).

This dry food is suitable for all small, medium and large breed adult dogs.
If my dog has an allergy to beef/chicken is this something I could give him?

This Food contains chicken meal and would not be suitable for a pet with a chicken allergy. The Blue Buffalo Basics Limited Ingredient Grain-Free Formula Duck & Potato Recipe Adult Dry Dog Food may be a good option to check out.

allergies friendly for our pups

One of our dogs has allergies to grain and chicken we have been trying our different kibbles. BBW duck formula did not cause her to react even with the chicken meal in it. Very surprised she didn’t break out or react like she normally does. The only reason it’s getting a 3 out of 5 is because it took our 6dogs forever to change over and would contently eat grass. The bag also states that med to large dogs eat twice a day. My dogs with this food eat a cup and a half sometimes two depends on the day and our vet said they are all healthy and all at great weight even just eating 1 time a day. I’m so use to feeding twice a day. I’m not sure if this product is for us tbh don’t feel like we are feeding enough. I feel like I’m starving my baby’s

Ollie says his favorite favor is wilderness duck. He’s likes the other favors from Blue Buffalo but this is his favorite from here on out.

Disappointed

I thought chance would really like this food normally he likes duck but he really doesn't like this food it's doing something to a stomach he keeps eating grass and then lets it sit in the bowl forever before he'll actually eat it. He really likes "taste of the wild wetlands". But chewy was out of stock on that so I had to go with this brand. But now I know and I won't do it again.

Shrinking bag size

I'm not happy with the shrinking bag size yet the price has remained the same, I purposely oder the large size being I have two German Shepherds.

Replaced Authority Brand

I have been feeding my two schnauzers Authority Brand for small breeds for 6 years based on breeder and vet recommendations, but this was in another country. Since moving back to the USA I felt like the quality of the same food was not equal to what we were used to overseas and lately my dogs have been eating grass outside which never was much of an issue before. I did my research and decided to switch to a grain-free recipe. From day one, my dogs have welcomed the change. The kibble is much darker and appeasing in appearance compared to Authority Brand. You will need to use a clip to reseal the bag or use an air tight storage to keep it fresh. I am happy to pay the price difference to get higher quality ingredients and knowing my pups enjoy their new diet.

Great dog food

I have been using this dog food for over 5 years and have had no negative results. My dog is very sensitive (English Bulldog) but I have nothing but positive results so far.
