I wished they hadn’t changed the recipe

I need a chicken free recipe. My dogs absolutely loved the old beef senior recipe and did well on it. If this was chicken free I’d give it 5 stars. I had to change their dry food. It was really nice chewy sent me an email with a heads up that the recipe was changing.

Packaged well

I was concerned about the 28 pound bag of dog food crushing the 2 cartons of Brutus' bone broth I ordered. It happened once before, but I messaged them ahead & they packaged it properly this time. The broth was put on top & separated by thick brown paper. I was relieved when I opened the box & found everything intact. Great job! Thank you!

Too large.

28 lb. bag too large for small breed. Much harder for elderly person to handle. Bag was not sealed properly causing kibble to spill out into the box. Not happy with this whole situation.

Dog Food packing needs improvement

This food is expensive but great quality. The packing leaves something to be desired. I also ordered two pkgs of treats but they were thrown in with the 28 lb bag of food. These smaller bags of treats need to be boxed separately if included with the 28 lb bag. The treats were smashed to crumbs from the 28 lb bag of dry food.

Big bag is overkill

When I order the dry dog food for my 14 year old, 15 lb poodle it is usually a much smaller bag which is no longer available. I now have enough dry dog food to last my puppy for the next two years.

Regarding automatic shipping

The dog food is great. My issue was with the automatic shipping - would be nice if I got a reminder before getting charged.. I probably could have waited another month or more before getting more pet food.
