About BLUE Buffalo
Blue Buffalo began with unconditional love and some furry inspiration from a large breed Airedale, Blue. When Blue's family started a pet food company, their vision was clear. They wanted every pet parent to be able to feed their pet with the same care they would feed family. So they created the #1 natural pet specialty food to help furry family members live happy, healthy lives. Of course, they named it after Blue.
I feed my cat Blue Buffalo canned pate' (1/3 can per day) along with 1/3 of this pouch of chicken morsels with gravy per day. My cat LOVES it and eats it right up. She also gets Blue Buffalo dry food (1/2 cup) in the evening. She only eats the Blue Buffalo brand and has been eating this for the last 7 years.
Wilderness chicken morsels

Lola did not like the chicken. I mixed some with her favorite food but she only licked up some of the liquid. I will stick to some of her favorite food from now on. Thank you
Cat loves the gravy, hates the chunks

Kitty eats dry food, and loves this brand of dry, moist treats. Thought we'd switch it up a bit for her, but she licks up the gravy and leaves the chunks. Product was a great deal, but not for our cat unfortunately.
I would eat it.

The quality looked at smell good. I would eat it but my fussy cat didn't want to. Must be nice.
"Toppers" not a balanced diet
on Mar 10, 2020
This would be fine if I had wanted to buy snacks for my cat, but I didn't notice that it was called a 'topper' which means it is not a nutritionally balanced diet by itself. It's like dessert or a snack. So, now I have to buy some real food. He does like it though.
She loves her Wild Cuts
on Jan 28, 2020
My cat prefers the Wild Cuts to the pate in the can. However, she makes a mess with the wild cuts. She acts likes she's in the wild devouring her meat. When I go to clean up after her she acts like I'm stealing from her and eats it from my fingers. I only wish it wouldn't cost more than the pate.
My cat didn't like it.

My picky cats didn't like it at all. They wouldn't eat it.
Disappointed - not as described
on Dec 7, 2019
The pieces of chicken are too big and ?"gravy"? - I did not see much at all. My two cats didn't like it at all. I tried to smash/puree the larger pieces - still no interest. Turned away from it.
Weird processed chicken and not enough gravy

Blue is a superb company, but I'm buying Tasty Toppers Chicken as it is the closest thing to Whiskas' gravy pouches which are not acceptable, but my two geriatric kitties--one rescue, one adopted--loved the other product. They accept the gravy in the Blue, and I feel much better serving them Blue, but no matter how few of the pieces of chicken I give them and how tiny I mince them, they refuse the meat. Please, Blue, get with it, and make a line for senior kitties, those with severe health problems, or those with the typical feline love of gravy. Please make a small amount of tiny, tiny minced pieces of unprocessed chicken--TURKEY, RABBIT, and other choices NOT fish better yet--and LOTS OF GRAVYBlue is a superb company, but I'm buying Tasty Toppers Chicken as it is the closest thing to Whiskas' gravy pouches which are not acceptable, but my two geriatric kitties--one rescue, one adopted--loved the other product. To give my cats a tasty meal which is one course of their breakfast, I have to open 3-4 packets, squeeze out the gravy, and then mash a few of the meat chunks as I keep hoping but with no success.
Although I'm writing with my cats in mind, my heart breaks for the writer of one review who is dealing with two terminally ill cats who eat only because of your Tasty Toppers. If you read Chewy's customers' reviews (and I hope you do as Chewy is a power house company too,) you will note that most of the customers using Tasty Toppers are making comments similar to mine, namely, "A little un-processed meat! More gravy! More choices! PLEASE!"… more
My Cats LOVE These
on Dec 6, 2018
My two cats are older and both have chronic terminal health conditions. One is on medication to help her appetite. They refuse most cat food, but both meow loudly when they see me open these pouches. I put some of the juice over the Blue Wilderness canned to help them eat more solid food. But will give them these packs by themselves several times a day, too. I honestly believe my cats would not be eating at all were it not for these. There is a lot of thick gravy in each pack. Highly recommend.
