I am not a fan of these chews

My dog has ridiculous food allergies and has to eat a limited ingredient raw diet. The mushy food isn't doing much to keep his teeth clean, so I am looking for limited ingredient dental chews in addition to his favorite thing, split elk antlers. (Also, my 20 lb dog has the chewing power of a husky; he's actually broken xl split antlers in the past, so I bought the really big Wild Bones.) I had hoped this would be like Greenies in terms of long-lasting chewing, but no. It came apart in a matter of minutes like a weird dog cookie. I am not sure I will even give him the remainder of the bag because I am worried about big/sharp pieces in his digestive tract. I will not be buying these again. I rotate all of my dental treats to keep it fresh for all my kids (10, 7, 2, 2,) these are by far some of their favorites and the hard texture makes them last longer and the dogs work harder which definitely helps keep up gum and teeth health!

Great diversion

Loki has developed a habit of occasionally chewing his rear feet. The vet says it’s anxiety, not an allergy or infection. Quite honestly, I think this is just how he’s reacting to limitations of our lives during COVID-19. Our trainer gave us some suggestions including giving Loki a high value treat. We purchased the Wild Buffalo Dental Chews because they have limited ingredients, no rawhide, and take long enough to eat so he stops chewing on his own feet... and his teeth are cleaner, too!

My dog LOVES them but for Peanut they don't work as a dental chew? She had the first one DOWN in a matter of seconds. She has NO sense of proper etiquette.......but that's why I love her!

My Danes don't do well with any sort of rawhide, and I'm always concerned about bones, so I love dental treats for my Danes. I tried these last week, and they LOVED them, and it didn't mess with their digestive system. I wish they made them even bigger, in bigger packages, and weren't quite so pricey.
