Make maintaining oral health fun for your furry friend with Bristly by Empawer DIY Toothbrush Dog Toy. This dental chew toy is made from natural rubber and features bristle-lined grooves that brush your pup’s teeth down to the gum line. The bristles are flavored for increased palatability and the toy contains an internal self-dispensing toothpaste reservoir. There are side nudges for extra friction and brushing to freshen his breath. It also has paw pads on the bottom so your paw-tner can get a good grip while chewing. Let your companion brush his own teeth as he plays!

I would totally recommend this after our first purchase back when it first came out. The design was great! Hole in the top, perfect sizes, really good cleaning nubs and foot hold but then they changed it all for some reason! Why? (Not chewys fault) I just don’t know what happened. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. If I were Bristly by Empawer I would pay attention to all these bad reviews and change some things back.
I wanted it to work but my mini labradoodle chewed through it in about 30 seconds. I’m grateful chewy stands behind the products they sell. I’ll be brushing her teeth.
This project is absolutely not meant for strong chewers. It lasted less than 5 minutes. Very disappointing.
My dog isn't into toys necessarily, doesn't chase the ball, etc. but he likes stuff he can chew. Figured this thing may be something he'd be into but he ignores it completely. Can't say how good or bad it is, just that my dog isn't into it.
While the description claims this is constructed of "durable" rubber, my lab had chewed off chunks of this within just minutes of my giving it to him. Like other reviewers have said, my dog also flipped it around and started chewing on the "hand holds" that are made of a harder plastic. I didn't find it difficult to fill the reservoir, I just applied a ribbon of toothpaste along the bristles and pushed it in with my finger. My dog just managed to lick the paste out, not chew along the bristles as intended. After he got the toothpaste out, he chewed on it. Overall, ineffective and arguably unsafe if you have a heavy chewer.
Our 10lb has had the extra small for months and she loves it but she needs a new one. Unfortunately, and I’m surprised, Chewy doesn’t carry the spectra small size.
Should have read the reviews before I paid $23 for this pretty worthless product. Too hard for my puggle to want to chew, and because you can't get the toothpaste inside it, the dog just licks it off. Don't waste your money.
Durable. It holds up to our 5 month old German Shepherd. I thought it would be too big for her but she likes it.
I should have ready the reviews before buying, but this is pretty much useless. It’s way too big and hard and my dog doesn’t have much interest in it. I couldn’t find any proper way to squeeze the toothpaste in the top or the bottom and there are not instructions on how to get the toothpaste into the reservoir. Ended up just squeezing toothpaste on the sides of it where the bristles are and my dog just licked it off. It’s gonna be a no from me, dog.
First off this is not as advertised. There is no way to put the toothpaste inside the toy. Trust me, I googled and went to YouTube. Second, my dog just chews the plastic part and not the actual bristles. Don’t waste your money.
