I should have ready the reviews before buying, but this is pretty much useless. It’s way too big and hard and my dog doesn’t have much interest in it. I couldn’t find any proper way to squeeze the toothpaste in the top or the bottom and there are not instructions on how to get the toothpaste into the reservoir. Ended up just squeezing toothpaste on the sides of it where the bristles are and my dog just licked it off. It’s gonna be a no from me, dog.
too hard and too big

medium is too big for ACD, poor baby tired to chew on base as only place to get mouth around. Way too hard plastic, only could lick the dog paste off, and I should have gone by the reviews, and have one for the ONE person who still wants one. Regretfully the softer ones bought prior were too soft and easy to chew off the little nubs. And I would never suggest nylon chews anytime.
Dog had no interest

Seemed to be of good quality but unfortunately my dog had no interest. We tried pet toothpaste. We tried Kong easy treat spread. I ordered the large because my dog is 70 lbs and an aggressive chewer. Don’t know if a smaller size would have been a better choice.

This product is too hard. My dog preferred to chew where the dog is supposed to hold it by its paws even when there was toothpaste on it. I would not recommend this product. Very disappointed.
This was not durable or worth it

I have a small dachshund, My dog chewed this into tiny pieces and completely destroyed it in less than 5 minutes and I had to take it away so he didn't choke.

My husky won’t let go of this thing till all the peanut butter or toothpaste is gone. When i’m cooking he always comes to see what i’m making but he hasn’t these past two days when the toy has something in it. I bought a peanut butter dispenser can so I didn’t have issues filling and it laste about 15 mins too for a small amount. And I think the amount of chewing does a good enough job scrubbing off the plaque even without the toothpaste.

My dog licked the toothpaste off and then left the toy. Didn't chew on it at all. I was expecting to be able to put the toothpaste in the toy so he had something to work for, but the opening was too narrow. I was also hoping to be able to insert a treat in the middle of the chew, but again the opening was too narrow. So with no way to entice chewing the chew didn't work for my dog.

My dog loves this toothbrush. He didn’t like the taste of the toothpaste, so I use creamy peanut butter. He loves it! When I get it out, he jumps into my lap and can’t for me to put peanut butter on it. His gums bleed a little bit but I think that is normal. I use it once a week.
terrible idea, don't waste your money
