    Suet for woodpeckers

I had been using Heath Orange Burst and decided to try Brown's High Energy due to extreme cold and snow this winter. My Iowa birds are not interested in Brown's and prefer the Heath Orange Burst.

Great Way to Feed Wild Birds

    By on

I would often sprinkle wild bird food on the ground, but there are some places in my yard where I don't want to encourage unwanted seed growth. This is great to hang on a tree in the flower bed, makes little mess and the suet is great for birds wintering in the area.
