Birds loves it, but too short

    By on

My cockatiel loves these. For me, most of the millet I’ve bought in the past was in longer pieces, which made it easier to hang in the cage. These are much harder than hang, but my bird doesn't care, so there we are!

    Not as Advertised

I have been buying Brown's millet sprays for a while now. I recently ordered the "Mini" spray because I have a small holder. It was terrible! I got 4 "mini" sprays in the bag. They looked very good & fresh...But the rest of the bag was ridiculous! Most of the other sprays looked like "double large" or something, and looked like they had already been "eaten" on, or smashed? It was a mess! Only reason I gave 2 stars was because I have usually not had a problem over the past year or so, with the regular size millet sprays. This is very disappointing! The mini sprays were just the right size/amount for a feeding for my 2 Budgies. Probably won't buy Browns again, until the company can assure I have been buying Brown's millet sprays for a while now. Nice and Fresh

    By on

Good millet for my canary. He is fussy and only wants fresh seed. He went after this in a real hurry. There was a nice supply and I am happy with this product. I’ve tried other millet and it hasn’t been this fresh.

    For small birds

    By on

I thought these were just smaller pieces of millet, which they were, but they also had tiny millet seeds on them. These are perfect for small birds like parakeets and cockatiels. But they were a little too small for my African Grey and my Mini Macaw. The photo of the blue and gold on the package is what made me think these were appropriate for my medium-sized birds. But the millet was fresh.

    Scrawny millet review

    By on

The millet was really small and not satisfactory enough for my large Quaker parrot. The price was good however the quantity of the item was less than desired.
