Excellent Product

bSerene has really helped to keep my cat more relaxed. I first tried this product when I decided to adopt a feral cat into my home with my existing cat. I was reluctant to do so, already having a cat that tended to show anxiety over things. Introducing the new cat to my existing cat went extremely well. I truly believe that the bSerene product was a huge factor. I have continued to keep one plugged in on the main level. I think it helps to keep both kitty cats more at ease.

great product

I highly recommend this product it works wonders for our mean cat. She is so much calmer and actually stays out when we have company over, she never did that before. Very good product.

No longer the same great product!

I have been buying this for over a year. It is (was?) made in Portugal and it worked! Since about 5 months ago, that is no longer the case. It is supposed to last up to 30 days; after 2 weeks tops, my diffusers are empty. It typically emitted a smell, not unpleasant - like catnip, which I think is what made it work so well; no longer does it do so. It is a rip-off, like many of the others. and it is EXPENSIVE! I use 3 of them so If I had to replace them each every 2 wks, I would be spending a fortune! I also bought the spray which seems to work better, and is cheaper. DOn't bother with the diffusers; buy the spray!

You gotta make sure the vial is screwed in right, just like all the others. But I have found this one works the best for my cats.

Working Great!

This diffuser has been a life-saver at our house. We recently had a baby and it's made our older cat quite anxious. Unfortunately, he's been spraying and overall just acting out and stressed. We plugged these bSerene diffusers in all the rooms he sleeps in and we can already see a big difference - no more spraying and he is just acting calmer. This is a fantastic product that I recommend to any cat owner who is experiencing a similar issue.

Calmed my crazy kitty!

I have a 9 year old orange male tabby cat and the rumors are true - orange cats are crazy! He has a tendency to scratch where he isn't supposed to (like the arms of my couch instead of his scratching post) and hide when I have visitors. About a week or so after getting this diffuser I noticed a decrease in his scratching and now he stays put in his usual lounging spot even when I have visitors.
