    so when I say picky I mean months go by with same feed and then one day.. "no mom I don't like this" lol peppermints are our absolute all time favorite treat and these are the most peppermint smelling and, to be honest tasting [yes I've tried them.....who hasn't?! lol] treats I've found! not a bunch so when I say picky I mean months go by with same feed and then one day.. "no mom I don't like this" lol peppermints are our absolute all time favorite treat and these are the most peppermint smelling and, to be honest tasting [yes I've tried them.....who hasn't?! lol] treats I've found! not a bunch of junk in the ingredients and small enough to use if you clicker train or use treats for training and don't want to over do it with treats.... A++++ my horse gives these treats and so do I!! … more

    Buckeye Peppermint Treats yummy but kinda small :)

    I tasted these myself, they smelled so good :) They were surprisingly small, so the horses had trouble getting them out of my hand, then they dropped them out of their mouth as they had trouble feeling it in their mouth to put it where they could chew it. Wish they would make them a little bigger! Nice treat,though! The horses liked them :)

    Ok, but not enough peppermint.

    My horse nearly goes wild when a peppermint is on the way to her mouth. These are little discs, about the size of quarter, that look like they are made of grain. They have little peppermint smell. My horse eats them, but not nearly as enthusiastic as a real peppermint.
