Personalized collar

I absolutely love this collar that I purchased for my six month old Pomeranian. Originally when I was going to purchase it I was having difficulty personalizing it on the website. I was able to reach out to chewy via email and they responded within minutes and were able to assist me. I was unable to get a personalized threw the website, but through email chewy was able to obtain my information and make my purchase a lot more easier.

I love the color. However, I ordered a small and it is way too big for my havapoo, and also kind of heavy. The embroidery is underneath the part that lengthens it so you can’t even tell really what her name / number is

I love the Zarape collar that we recently purchased for King. The colors are vibrant and the fastener is sturdy, and it looks great on King. The only thing I did not care for was that you are not able to purchase this item unless you provide ID info to have it printed on the collar. Why? I think it would have been better to give you the option to put the dog's name or leave it off. Since we had just purchased a new tag to be put on the collar, we didn't want to put King's name on it. We conceded and put his name because the site wouldn't allow you to make the purchase without utilizing the ID option. 4 stars for that reason.
