Chickpeas

Chickpea Flour

Naturally gluten-free, it is high in protein, iron and fiber. It's also a unique ingredient, making it less likely to cause food allergies.

Canola Oil

Pressed Canola Oil

Low in saturated fat and high in desirable unsaturated fat, pressed canola oil has an ideal balance of Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids.

Tapioca

Tapioca Starch

Ground from the cassava root, it is naturally gluten-free and gives food a chewy or crispy texture. It's less likely to cause allergies.

    We love Buddy Biscuits

    By on

We have Chihuahuas, so we love the small size of these teeny treats. The dogs love the peanut butter flavor too! I like the fact that they are crunchy treats, which is a nice change from all of the soft treats that are so prevalent. Thank you for offering a great product!

    Super tiny

    By on

I have a 6 lbs Shiffon, whose teeth are extremely teeny and finding a treat that isn't too big is a problem but I can say that these are super small....

    Not reordering

Chewy's service is excellent but--no fault of theirs--this product is not. I've been buying these forever, since back when (maybe 20 years ago?) they were pale green and flavored with mint. They are just the right size for a treat, they seemed to be made with principle and good ingredients, and my dogs have really liked them. I kept some in a jar but mostly I carried them in a pocket. No more. Some time ago I noticed they were thinner than they used to be and that made them fragile, causing them to turn to crumbs. I thought this was just a bad run in production and they'd be restored to what they were supposed to be. Instead they've gotten worse. When I open a new box, a third or more of the Chewy's service is excellent but--no fault of theirs--this product is not. When I open a new box, a third or more of the treats are already broken and there's additional silt, like sawdust, in the package from totally disintegrated biscuits. Because they're not thick enough, the legs break off first, then the arms and head. My dog wouldn't mind no legs or arms on his treat but I am totally frustrated with spending money for crumbs--first on opening the box and then after they disintegrate in my pocket. (Another example of the difference in composition: a package of these used to exactly fill the jar I store them in. Now they fill that same jar about 2/3 full, at most.) I thought the disintegration of the biscuits might be from shipping because I was now buying them online. So I tried buying them off the shelf from various stores. But the condition is always the same. The company that makes them appears to have chosen profit margin over quality. What they're selling is not worth paying for, and now I don't even trust the product; I have to wonder how the company may have also changed the ingredients. So, very sadly, I'm looking for a different treat and do not recommend these. I'm buying no more of them. … more

    Morning treats for Bob

    By on

Every morning while Bob is outside, I hide 8 or 10 cookies. When he comes in he searches the living room for his treats. He likes these cookies and they are so tiny 10 of them doesn't even make one regular dog cookie so doesn't ruin breakfast or add to weight..
