Cute but issues

I would have liked to keep this item however I think it is something that requires personalization which is not an option on Chewy. So when this arrived it had "Blank" in large lettering printed on it on the upper right hand side. When I looked at the packing label - someone had written the word Blank and then it ended up being printed on the mat. I was a bit surprised that no one at the manufacturer caught that or questioned it before shipping out. Otherwise super cute!
