Can these be cut to size or are they offered in different sizes?

This tread is not intended to be cut and measure 30 inches long by 8.5 inches wide.
Are they staying put on the steps to prevent a dog coming down the stairs from slipping?

This tread does have rubber nubs on the back to help keep it in place, however, they are small and could be kickable. The manufacturer has heard that a lot of people use a double sided sticky tape to help hold in place.
Can I just order 1 tread? I have 5 stairs.

Solved step issues with one issue

My pets and I really like the stair treads the only issue I'm having is that I have to go get double sided tape cause they are always moving they don't stay in place. If they stayed in place they would of gotten 5 for 5 stars

Nice for Outside

I got these for my 4 deck stairs. The stay put most of the time and they are not too heavy. I like that they do not really hold water and are easy to shake out. It’s nice that they have no openings for mud, ice and grass to get stuck in. They are thin, but do work well. I also feel safer walking on the stairs on wet mornings.

Quality product

Seems to be good quality dosen't sit flat yet but that could because it shipped rolled and not flat. Seems to have taken a bit of a curl. I believe it will work itself out with time. Rubber backing sticks to stairs well and the dogs seem to like it just fine. Looks like it should be long lasting and durable. These are also not as thick as they look in the photo which is actually better since it dosen't change your step height by much. I will likely order some in different colors in the future just to change things up.

Stair Tread Carpets

I love these carpets. They are thick and durable. I love the color and pattern. I needed them because my little Dany slips on the hard wood steps and she is afraid to go up and down.

Perfect for my old girl

These treads are perfect. The are quite thick and the rubber backing means I don't have to tack them down on my wood floors. They were a bit pricy for 4 but I ended up going back and ordering two more sets. The dog is much more confident going up and down the stairs.

Disappointed

Disappointed in these Bungalow Flooring steps. They were not wrapped in plastic and during the pandemic came in a box that was damaged with holes in it therefore making them dirty and exposed to the elements and who knows what else with the pandemic still going on. These stair treads were all rolled in the box and then, when placed on the steps, would not even sit flat on the step without buckling. Major tripping hazard. There should have been more care in shipping and packaging this item.

Very Satisfied

Needed something for our 65lb doodle who had fallen down the stairs. We were carrying her down but didn’t want to hurt ourselves or her. This was one of the only options we could find and thank goodness we did. She is now confident to walk down albeit slowly but she has regained her confidence. Minimal slippage, heavy front door mat like weight. Would likely not work well on carpet but perfect on hardwood or laminate. Def give a try.

slip and fall

maybe I'm missing something but these appear to be designed to simply lay on the stairs where they slide around and create a trip hazard. I really cant imagine how they could be safe without nailing them down which kind of defeats the purpose. They do not grip the stairs. Otherwise they seem well made and look pretty tough. I have no doubt all the other claims of easy to clean and made tough \ pet friendly are all true. But I don't think they are safe for stairs.
