Burt's Bees Itch Soothing Shampoo with Honeysuckle for Dogs

My 13 week old blue pit bull puppy has very itchy skin. We’ve been feeding him purina pro plan sensitive skin and stomach plus he has been on medication for over a week for his skin infection. He always scratches worse at night. He’ll cry and cry from scratching so much. I bought this shampoo today and gave him a bath tonight. His fur is so unbelievably soft and shiny. Best part was he was able to go straight to sleep tonight without crying and scratching. Although it doesn’t have a scent to it at all. Was hoping it would smell like honeysuckle, but it doesn’t. Still, so far so good! Can’t wait to see how he is tomorrow!

I have an Old English Sheepdog-Standard Poodle mix, who gets REALLY fluffy and is 55+ lbs. Her fur collects a lot of dirt, and I live in Los Angeles, so we are frequently at the beach and on hikes, along with daily multiple-mile walks along the road. She needs a bath about every two weeks, which is hard, because with the dry air here, she gets pretty itchy skin. This has helped her skin so much, and it is a bit watery-ier than other dog shampoos, which allows it to soak all the way through her fur to her skin, while still being plenty soapy and sudsy! It smells great, too!

My dog has severe allergies. This shampoo helped take away some of the itch. Cleaned well and has a nice light scent.

Gave him a bath with this shampoo and the itching stopped - so far so good. The shampoo doesn't smell like honeysuckle, not much fragrance at all. The only problem was with the shipping. The bottle was upside down and loose in the box with the other canned dog food and treats I ordered. The lid has a push top and somehow that got partially open and spilled about 1/3 of the shampoo all over the rest of the items. Need to have a safety seal on the shampoo to prevent spilling.

Brand new bottle leaked all over my counter and stained it. The lid was on and closed. I moved the bottled to my bathroom after cleaning off the bottom of the bottle, no shampoo was on the sides so it did not come from the top. It leaked all over my tub wall as well.

This soap, or at least the bottle I received, does not lather up whatsoever. It’s a watery liquid when it pours out. I did not smell any honeysuckle, or any scent at all either.. so my dogs just smelled like wet dog after their bath. At least it was cheap and natural based.

I love burt bees dog wash but it sprung a leak even though it was wrapped in plastic

Used it and it seems to be pretty good? No strong fragrance, his coat is very soft after using it.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. It’s nothing more than water in a bottle.

I will forever gets Bert's bees for my dog, helped with the itch, but like a week. But her fur is so soft and beautiful. Love this stuff.
