great shampoo
Our little Shih Tzu lilcks, incessantly. We shampoo his tummy and back legs every three days and then apply the skin soother to the spots he has made sore with his licking. After the shampoo and the salve application it really seems to calm him down and allows him to sleep. It has been the only thing we have found that helps.
Shipping
The product itself is great! Leaves my pup feeling super soft and smelling great. Love the product... took stars off because of how it arrived. It arrived damaged and leaking in the plastic packaging bag. The box was clearly damaged in transit. I say all of this to say, the product itself is wonderful but be careful what you order alongside of it because it'll all be shipped in the same box.
Nice dog shampoo
Works well, takes out the dog smell. I give my little Bentley a leg shampoo (and his under-carriage) after he comes in from "four wheeling" in the backyard in the morning covered with mud. It works well. No special perfume fragrance but it works. It is gentle and he seems to like it!
House Princess
I love the low sudsing side of this product. It doesn't have Lauryl Sulfate in it that most shampoos have. All that ingredient does is make chemical suds that my sensitive skin can do without. Hooray Burt Bees !
Good shampoo but..
It's alright, it cleans and that's all it's very good at. It's very liquidy and it's hard to know how much to use. It has very little lather, and an odd smell. I was hoping it would smell good but it smelled like childrens like bubble blowing soap. It didn't make my dog smell any better, she smelled like wet dog when I finished and I had to use some dog perfume because it didn't mask the smell. I will buy a different scent next time.
Best shampoo
I absolutely love Burt's bees in General so when I saw they had dog shampoo I had to get it. My puppy was itching and I know it was dry skin because he had a bald patch on his leg that his vet said was from dry skin and he wouldn't stop chewing on it so I bathed him in the oatmeal and honey shampoo and he hasn't itches since. His fur is so soft and it is day 4 after bathing him and he still smells good and still no itching. I think he has sensitive skin and I recommend this shampoo to any dog who has sensitive or dry skin. It's truly the best! Also loved how it got shipped to me in a day. I was able to relieve my puppy oh his dry skin the next day!

Frog is suffering from a complex of different ailments, much to be expected at his age. This particular shampoo seems to have made a distinct difference in his comfort level.
Great shampoo
Finally a dog shampoo with no fragrance! I am very sensitive to fragrances and have never found a shampoo that I could use. Thank you for this great product.
Way too watery
I barely got 2 washes from the entire bottle. It seems to be about 85% water. So liquidly that it doesn’t really even later, quite disappointed in this product and I was expecting more from this brand.
Packing
When the box is packed with big bags of dog food along with individual bottles of shampoo, the bottle is pressed open by the weight and shampoo squirts out all over everything
