Do you sell replacement parts for this item?
Answer by ChewyMar 27, 2021
At this time, the manufacturer does not offer replacement parts for this toy.

does it unscrew to fill? how much does it hold?
Answer by ChewyMar 15, 2021
To use, twist off the mushroom base to load with kibble or treats. Replace the base and twist off the mushroom cap to adjust the customizable treat windows. Replace the cap and let the fun begin. This toy will hold treats, snacks or up to 3 cups of kibble. The flexible prongs can be trimmed to increase the flow of treats and the mushroom base twists off for easy loading. You can customize treat delivery by opening the windows under the mushroom cap for fast dispensing or close more tightly for a greater challenge.

Very happy dog

Our girl is very active and tends to get bored easily, which leads to destructive chewing. This toy has really helped curve her boredom. It's really nice because it takes her a little while to get all of the kibble out, and you can change the size of the drop holes so it makes the puzzle more challenging. It was much bigger than I expected it to be, but it works great for our 60lb hound mix.

This would be good if made from a different material. My dog gets frustrated with it and then picks it up and slams it down and chews on it incessantly. But the material is so hard, it is not meant for that tough treatment and breaks.

Interactive and fun

Our pup loves chasing this around and flipping it to get out the treats. He's a rough chewer but stays engaged with the different ways this moves. Great for enrichment and helping him burn off anxious energy.

Not good for heavy play

This lasted for about a day with our bigger dog (Australian Shepard). He played with it by the rules for a few hours but then just chewed and cracked the mushroom cap into sharp little bits. He's a destructive monster with most toys. The little dog (shih tzu) played with his and loved it. But he isn't a chewer. He liked the bobbling and rolling and chasing part.

A little complicated but my dog loves it

It's a little complicated to put together and I'm always forgetting how to set the hole size, but my dog loves this.

Busy Buddy

I have two older dogs who have never played with a toy — not chase a ball, throw a stuffy around, play tug — nothing. Well, this Busy Buddy has kept my Annie busy and entertained for the first time ever. And it can go in the dishwasher (top rack only it says) so it gets cleaned every night. I’m so pleased to have found this toy for her. She might be 14, but she’s acting like the puppy she never got to be.

lots of treats

I love this, it keeps me busy getting out all the delicious kibble my momma puts inside, I can even carry it around and drop it any where I want to.

Love this toy!

My dog absolutely loves this toy! I fill it with regular dog food and he prefers to eat using this toy over walking to his bowl and eating the same food. Definitely useful when he was a puppy because I could hear he was playing with this toy and know he wasn’t getting into trouble. Just bought one for a friend’s new puppy!

Not recommended

Cannot recommend this toy. First time I offered it to my pup (11 month old border collie/heeler mix) she unscrewed the bottom and got to the treats. I thought I had not completely screwed the cap on, but after securing and trying several more times, the same thing happened. Also, hard plastic construction is easily scratched and damaged and this dog is not a strong chewer.

Broke with 2 weeks

The first week, it kept coming apparent at the 2 points where it threads together on the top. So we glued it. By the third week, the plastic itself broke and there is no fixing it. Kind of expensive to only last a couple weeks.
