C4 Aloha Waterproof Hypoallergenic Personalized Dog Collar

We got our collar back in April and it still looks new. Our Lab swims all the time and I'm so pleased that it is wearing so well. We are purchasing another for our new puppy.

I ordered this for one of my lab/husky babies and hate it! The plastic is so hard and my baby girl was having a hard time getting comfortable in it. The color and personalization was pretty but other than that, I was not impressed. Truly disappointed with this purchase.

My vet said to get this type of collar because my dog suffers from yeast overgrowth on her skin and the webbed materials just end up absorbing that yeast and increasing irritation. This is a material that can be easily wiped clean. It's also absolutely beautiful, and I love the large clear lettering with her name and my phone number. The only drawback is that it's really hard to attach tags, so I twisted a bit of wire to attach her rabies tag.

The collar comes with a clear holder like what’s on a watchband so the extra length doesn’t hang. Collar isn’t soft or very flexible, but may change after wearing. I measured with multiple tapes and decided her neck is 18 ¼ inches with no fluffy hair to cushion collar – between a medium and a large. Chewy recommended large, C4 recommended medium. We ordered the large and exchanged for the medium. The large would fit if she had a longer coat, but the medium looks FANTASTIC – she thinks she looks great, too!. The medium is just under 21 inches from buckle to tip; the large is 24 ¼ inches. Both measure 2 3/8 inches from last hole to end. Both have 5 holes. Medium holes from buckle: 14 5/8 inches, 15.5, 16.5, 17.5, and 18.5. Large holes from buckle: 18 inches, 19, 20, 20 7/8, and 21 7/8. Roxy wears the medium on the last hole.
