The liquid within the tube of each weight range is not the same, the treatment for cats over 9-pounds does contain more of the treatment.

Works great!

Works better than revolution that I get from the vet. My one cat gets flea bite dermatitis and this helps him really quickly. Easy to apply!

It was very easy to determine and pick the correct flea medication that I needed; having a picture of a cat on the front of the box made it so easy to know that this is for the correct type of animals and then it was also very easy to see what pounds this is used for. None of my cats had any allergic skin reactions to this product. The smell of this product was not as harsh as some other flea medications that I have purchased in the past.

I hate the fact I have to put chemicals on my cat. But in the south, you have too. I tried "natural" methods and they don't work. I do not let my cat roam outside, but he does enjoy the screened porch. Also, I'm sure I introduce sand fleas in the house just working in my yard. When I was on my "natural" kick, he had scabs various places on his body from fleas. DE dried his skin horrible. Regular baths dried him out and he even got a respiratory infection in the AC from being wet. Advantage is the only way to go. Keeps him flea/scab free. Keeps me scratch free from the baths.

My cat somehow got a gnarly flea infestation. After two months of this, vacuuming everyday, and doing the flea comb everyday, the fleas are gone! I really think it’s helping to prevent more from living on him if they are still in the house. This is a new staple in our household. Also, he is an old cat (13 years, 15lbs) and had no adverse side effects or reactions.

Within just 4-5 days of applying the flea med he was nearly clear of adult fleas. And tonight, to the dismay of my worm phobia, i found that pretty much an entire generation of flea larvae had jumped ship onto his favorite pillow. I will have to clean up and make sure these disgusting creatures die by treating my carpets and washing a looot of bedding but the fact so many of them left the cat is definitely a sign of an effective treatment and an itchless kitty. I did end up throwing away that pillow in abject horror and disgust, but i blame the fleas rather than the product itself.

I saw a drastic difference when I started my cat Fang on this vs Frontline- maybe the fleas in Los Angeles have grown more accustomed to Frontline? Not sure, but previously my indoor/outdoor cat Fang would still have some fleas despite being on Frontline. Then I switched to Anvantage and literally that same evening I found 10-15 dead fleas on his bedding. It worked fast and it seems to be more effective; he has substantially less fleas in the past 6 months that he's been on Advantage.
