Instructions
Fill a clean, empty litter box with 3-4 inches of litter. Litter seals in and destroys odors, forming rock-solid clumps. Remove clumps and solid waste daily to keep the rest of the litter fresh. Add more litter to replace what you have scooped out and maintain a depth of 3-4 inches. Once a month, empty the entire litter box. Dispose of used litter in trash. Do not flush or put in drains

I purchased this exact product elsewhere two months ago, and there were no issues (it was actually unscented); however, this box from Chewy is obviously scented, despite what it claims on the box. Customer service was very kind in helping me with a refund, but I do not recommend this litter at all.
Too much unnecessary packing!
Delivered inside box, two 12.7 kg boxes of litter weighing nearly 56 pounds. Totally unnecessary big box which I had to open on porch to get litter out. Then took
Delivered inside box, two 12.7 kg boxes of litter weighing nearly 56 pounds. Totally unnecessary big box which I had to open on porch to get litter out. Then took about 20 minutes to sort out and crumple packaging so to fit recycling. All was needed was a shipping label on each container of litter and no big box and wasted paper. Petsmart just delivers litter with no packaging. Will certainly never order this item from Chewy again. Easier to pick up at Walmart or have Petsmart deliver. Elderly lady who has limited strength given a pain in the butt by how Chewy shipped this litter.

Huge dust
Never expect that much dust coming out the box while pouring into litter box and they've change the design of the package. Need to lift the entire dirty bag of litter

Checks all but one box
I had been using TidyCats because it is light and easy to scoop. However, I could no longer tolerate the poor clumping ability, litter tracked through the house
I had been using TidyCats because it is light and easy to scoop. However, I could no longer tolerate the poor clumping ability, litter tracked through the house leaving grey footprints on the floor and litter stuck between the paw pads. I tried Arm and Hammer and so far I am extremely happy. The litter clumps well with no liquid sitting on top of the clump. There is very little dust produced on scooping and this is contained inside the litter box lid. It does not seem to get picked up on their feet. The only negative is that it is very heavy but that is probably why it is a cleaner litter overall.
