When transitioning my puppy to this food it was okay cuz it was mixed into her other food slowly but as we got closer and closer to this being her only food she ate less and less. In fact if she was anywhere in the vicinity when I opened the bag she would turn her head to the side to avoid the scent. And now I am stuck with a half a bag of it trying to mix different things into it including her new food and she still won't eat it that's how powerful the smell is. It's kind of unbearable. Dog digests it well but despises it. Bummer.

We are switching from a prescription food to this for our dogs. The prescription food was for one of our pooches, but it was just easier to feed all of them the same food. But this food has similar ingredients as the prescription food and so far, our dogs have made the switch to this food without issue. And this food is about half as expensive as the prescription food.

My 20lb rescue dog suddenly started gaining weight even though I kept cutting back on her food. She had been eating a different brand of lamb and rice that unbeknownst to me had changed their formula to include a lot of corn. On my vet's recommendation I tried Blue Buffalo's Lamb and Rice and she loves it SO much that I actually had to get her a slow-feeder bowl because she was eating it up so fast! She's feeling much better, has more energy and definitely enjoys her meal times. Thank you,

We had such a hard trying to find a food our dog liked after she was diagnosed with All Poultry allergies. She absolutely loves the basic line. Especially the lamb and potato. It really saved her life. It stopped her extremely bad diarrhea, all of itching stopped and she started drinking water again. We love this product!
