Feeding Instructions
(5.5 oz.) Feed 3/4 cans per 6 to 8 lbs. of body weight per day.

My cats really like the flavor--but unfortunately it did have carrageen --after one week of eating it--my one cat Bella who is very sensitive to certain items in foods developed an inflammation of her stomach lining due to the carrageen in the food. Once I stopped feeding her Blue Buffalo wilderness her stomach went back to happy. this is to Blue Buffalo--your foods Do have great meats BUT you need to remove the carrageen --it absolutely serves no purpose or is food quality and it did cause an inflammation in one of my pets--so no more Blue Buffalo UNTIL you remove the carrageen.

Full of bone shards and grit
The best buy date on these cans is April 14, 2028. The formula smells and appears completely different from the last cans I had which were dated 2026. It smells
The best buy date on these cans is April 14, 2028. The formula smells and appears completely different from the last cans I had which were dated 2026. It smells bland and completely different than the delicious aroma of the past. The texture is not a finely ground pate like it usually is, it's a little more minced than fine textured. Even more concerning, this batch is full of bone pieces, and when you feel it with your fingers, it feels extremely gritty, so there is more going on in it than what you can actually see. And I don't mean a fine grit, it's like large grains of sand. I assume this is bone. This is in addition to the visible bone shards. If you get any cans like this, please call Blue Buffalo and let them know, because they said they didn't have any complaints and I can't believe I have the only case with this issue. Also make sure and let Chewy know. Both Blue Buffalo and Chewy told me to throw these cans out and not even donate them anywhere. Heed this advice, because I would hate to think what the bone shards and grit would do to a cat.
