These chews are more of a leathery texture; not too soft but not rock hard either. They should be malleable.

Fantastic Canadian all-natural product

These treats smell so good I wish my teeth were strong enough to eat them!! The sweet potatoes - the only ingredient - are roasted/dried and they smell delicious!

These treats smell so good I wish my teeth were strong enough to eat them!! The sweet potatoes - the only ingredient - are roasted/dried and they smell delicious! The bag is large and well priced. My dog sometimes prefers other snacks as rewards, but when I need to distract her with a chewy treat, these work very well.

Inconsistent

First small bag was great, our dog loved them. They were pliable enough that they could be cut into smaller pieces using kitchen shears. So I ordered two large

First small bag was great, our dog loved them. They were pliable enough that they could be cut into smaller pieces using kitchen shears. So I ordered two large bags. The first large bag had dried sweet potatoes that were as dry and as hard as a rock. They could not be cut - they literally shattered but they could be snapped in two. My dog would not eat them. She crunch and then spit out. Keep in mind that she is an 11 month old Lab who eats everything, including sticks. So very disappointing. The entire bag is like this so will probably throw out. Hopefully the second bag is better. Hard to recommend with such inconsistent quality.
