One of our 2 cats is fussy, and has a habit of eating a lot too soon and then vomiting This has helped her slow down her eating. Wasn't sure how the cats would react to a change in the feeding bowl, but they adapted in less than a day. It It is also super easy to clean.
Slowed down my food fiend

This did the trick to slow down my girl cat who often throws up undigested food because she eats so fast. Took a couple tries for both of us to get it right. First I filled the hole too full and she shoved her face in and ate. I took out some kibble and she figured it out pretty fast. She often clutches food in her paw and brings it up to her mouth - - very cute. I took away a star because the price is high for mere plastic and it's much bigger than it needs to be. And I don't need the storage space inside. It's also not a cute bowl. The box it came in has adorable drawings on it. Wish they'd put some on the bowl. But ultimately I'm glad I bought this.
A little small, but does the job
This is my second Catit cat feeder. The other was too large and too loud, but I needed to challenge my fat Einstein Kitty. This is a simple item and it is easy
This is my second Catit cat feeder. The other was too large and too loud, but I needed to challenge my fat Einstein Kitty. This is a simple item and it is easy for cats to use, but it still requires more effort for them to eat than than just a bowl or feeder. I wish it was a bit more complicated and held a bit more, but the cats are eating less and I am happy with it.
Nice slow feeder
I have 4 cats, one of whom tries to steal everyone’s food. This makes it so I can give them all their food before work and no one eats all of it in the first 10
I have 4 cats, one of whom tries to steal everyone’s food. This makes it so I can give them all their food before work and no one eats all of it in the first 10 minutes. Some of them begrudge having to dig the food out, but there’s less post-feeding vomit and hopefully some of the fat cats lose a pound or two. The internal compartment isn’t really a benefit though.
Good quality but mixed reviews
This is a sturdy item. However it's very shallow. The indent only goes about 2 inches deep. Seems like a lot of plastic and wasted space. The cats don't seem very
This is a sturdy item. However it's very shallow. The indent only goes about 2 inches deep. Seems like a lot of plastic and wasted space. The cats don't seem very interested. I have 2 cats that love putting their paws in things so I thought this would be good enrichment. I'm going to try one of the other Catit brand items that seem more engaging.
Beneficial for All
I've got a chunky 3yr old cat and a thin 1yr old. This is fantastic for both of them. I put wet in the dish, satiety kibble in the hole, and then kitten kibble right
I've got a chunky 3yr old cat and a thin 1yr old. This is fantastic for both of them. I put wet in the dish, satiety kibble in the hole, and then kitten kibble right on top. My 1yr old eats his fill before my 3yr old chunky cat gets her turn. It works so much better than locking them in separate rooms during feeding. Plus the robot vacuum doesnt try and suck it up!
