Works great so far and allows the freedom to program meals so early AM wake ups don't have to happen. While the item is good a week in, the cheap plastic parts are bound to break eventually and considering it costs $230 regular, it's a little offensive how breakable these items can be. Camera works well but night vision clicks on too easily, nightlight whiskers are neat but certain colours don't dim, microphone and speaker seems to be too soft
Machine gone rogue
My feeder disconnects nightly, takes multiple attempts to reconnect (like 30-45m of attempting) then goes rogue and randomly chimes and spits out a serving at 1am

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, i seem to be technologically challenged as I'm having a difficult time connecting it to WiFi. And my cats, who are older seem to be scared of such a big feeding bowl, so they (5 cats) will not approach it. My kitties seem to be set in their ways with their individual bowls. I am also concerned about it being plugged in and the cats pulling the cord and feeder off the table. They do not eat on the floor...they have a table. I imagine this feeder would be great to train a kitten on, if i used the battery backup. Looking into my wifi problem, as i would like to see this smart feeder in action.

It was easy to hook up and connect with bluetooth. The app is easy to follow. It was well packaged. There is a camera on the front allowing you to see your cat through the app.If you are placing it in the bathroom make sure it's not pointed at your guests.

Once we figured out what the portion size was and set it appropriately for our cat, we are ALL much happier! No more screaming cat at 5am when it's the weekend and we want to sleep in. She eats and leaves us alone! This was so easy to set up and connect to. The camera is a fun way to check on our girl during the day too.

I like having that control, especially when your kitty is over weight, and lazy. The only thing that I have a slight problem with is the syncing of the feeder to my phone. I’m not good with electronics. Lol
