Last year I ordered this toy and it was made with a red wheel of very hard Plastic with the cloth strips on each and they loved it . this cat chew toy is made of a very soft flimsy plastic with the cloth strips on each side. none of my five cats had any interest in the toy and do not play with it and I do not smell any catnip on it.
