Best toy for tugging AND tossing!

My dog is currently being treated after this toy got torn and ingested in less than 5 minutes he was alone with it when he brought it inside before i noticed(we use this as an outside throw toy) While I know I left him unattended I want others to know how easy he got through it. He has never eaten anything before but this material was easy for him to break and ingest. We had to get him x-rays induce vomiting and monitor him for the next 24hours while hoping the rest passes. I urge owners to not buy this toy. We learned the hard and expensive way how dangerous this is.

I did not supervise play with this toy as I thought my two pups would use it as a tug-of-war item... they're always competing over the chuck it balls... my 60 pounder was chewing on the tether and I thought nothing of it. He separated the two balls in 20 minutes.... probably my fault, he used it as a chew toy

I thought my dogs would love this toy. I was hoping they would play tug with it together & fetch it. I throw it & they will fetch it once but than loose interest

Durability for 2 dog tug

My dog is not usually a chewer but I also only leave him with appropriate items for chewing (bully sticks, marrow bones, etc and even then with moderate supervision)

My dog is not usually a chewer but I also only leave him with appropriate items for chewing (bully sticks, marrow bones, etc and even then with moderate supervision). He’s 55 lbs and his favorite tug mate is 52 lbs. They have the best time and have tugged with this toy for hours almost every day for over a year now. Any toy with material of almost any kind that is left to a dog’s devices (incisors) is bound to get destroyed. Think toddler near almost anything valuable in your house. I gave one of these to the doggie day care he goes to once a week. Multiple dogs play with this toy daily. It’s still going strong after a year. If they aren’t actively playing with it, pick it up.
