I got the wrong type of cat food, I wanted Fancy Fest Grilled Tuna Feast but I received cod, sole &shrimp pate! I can’t get a real person when I call !

You have many options to contact them, calling is hard because they have a high call volume unfortunately probably because people don't wanna work, they have an email and they do respond. But the fastest way to connect with them is through the live chat! They have there issues and problems lately... But they do look into things and when my kitty has issues with a type of food (it wasn't their fault it made her belly upset) they fixed the issue. When the delivery service literally threw my box at my sidewalk, they replaced items... So, my advice would be to chat with them, and explain what happened and I'm sure they will send out the correct food as long as you have proof that you ordered Fancy Feast grilled tuna but received cod, sole and shrimp paté. I understand your frustration 😔

I hate to give Fancy Feast a negative review, because both of my cats really love it, but I think the Grilled Chicken Feast has made my kitty sick. I've been feeding both my cats the grilled varieties for over a year. Lucy didn't have any issues with it at first, but sometime back in May/June 2025, she began to have frequent "soft serve" poo. I took her to the vet twice, who wanted to put her on a hydrolyzed protein diet, which was very expensive. I had a hunch it was something about her diet though, and for the next few months, tracked everything I fed her and attempted to do a process of elimination to figure out what food was causing her stool issue since she didn't have these issues before. I eventually came to the conclusion that Fancy Feast was the culprit. Not only that, but I heard they changed the formula and started adding fish to the chicken. I checked the ingredients, and sure enough, there was fish on the list. I think Lucy may be sensitive to that, so I switched her wet food to something without fish. Guess what? Her stools have been so much better! My other cat, Ava, doesn't have a problem with it, which is a good thing. I still have a lot of Fancy Feast in my pantry and would hate for it to go to waste.

We have four cats, and I tend to lean towards fish for wet food. However, I wanted to give the cats something different, so I got this grilled chicken. Three of the cats were OK with it. None of them were overly excited. The fourth cat refused to eat it - sniffing it and refused to try it after several attempts. I usually like this brand, but I would pick up a few cans of this flavor at the local grocery store and try them to see whether your precious kitties will even want to eat it.

Lowest carb gravy made by Purina Fancy Feast. So far the flavor doesn't get old, no need to rotate with other gravies, but it doesn't hurt to have variety and the Seafood Feast Gravy or Oceanwhite Fish Gravy will help with a flavor reset and are also low carb. Also one of the lowest in ash, in the Fancy Feast line.

Annabelle has been very fussy with her food for quite awhile now , didn’t use to be and surprisingly she does like this one but mixed with a little pate food It will go on the rotation AJ pate used to be her fav but I think the recipe changed very slightly and my Queen fussy pot use to scarf it down , not so much anymore, I keep it in the rotation. I’m at my wits end trying to find something she will fully love She used to love Sheba , won’t eat it at all . If they are going to change ingredients even slightly pet owner should be notified because some animals that will make a break whether they’ll eat the food not. Thank you, Chewy. We love you.
