The linings of Fancy Feast cans are in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations and safe for contact with food. The cans do not contain BPA. Purina uses an FDA approved Polypropylene lining.

The ocean fish in his recipe is the fish found in the ocean, not specific to one type. It is usually varieties of menhaden fish, which are members of the herring family. It should not contain shellfish.

Was there a recent formula change?? One of my cats have become very picky so I always buy single cans a few times before purchasing a whole case on Chewy. They were eating the single cans up of this flavor (seafood) so bought a case on Chewy. They won’t touch the cans from Chewy! Smell and walked away. So bought another single can from the store, they ate it up. Once again I tried a can from the Chewy case. Smelled it and tried covering it up!! I will donate the remaining cans to our local rescue.
